A plug connection () for fluid lines, with two intermateable coupling parts (), which in an inserted state can be releasably locked via a locking device () consisting of two outer radial flange-like retaining ribs () of the two coupling parts (), which are adjacent in an insertion direction (S) and axial (X-X) in inserted state and a retaining part () with an annular contour, which in preassembled state can be axially and radially fixed and undetachably assembled on one of the two coupling parts () and in an assembled state axially and radially encompasses the retaining ribs () of the two coupling parts with at least one radially elastically moving retaining section () with a C-shaped axial section having two collars (). The plug connection incorporates features to ensure the undetachability of the retaining part () and minimize the space requirement, in particular during disassembly.

Plug connection for fluid lines and retaining part for such a plug connection

The present invention relates to a connector for fluid lines having of a coupling part that can be plugged together with a counter-coupling part along a plug-in axis. A locking device releasably locks the coupling part together with the counter-coupling part. The locking device includes a radially elastically deformable holding element held outside on the coupling part and at least partially encompassing it circumferentially. The holding element interacts with the coupling part, when positioned on the coupling part, via a fixation structure, such that said holding element can optionally be oriented in different relative rotational positions and be fixated in each case to prevent a free, unrestricted rotation about the plug-in axle (X) relative to the coupling part.

Connector for fluid lines

A plug connector for media lines that includes a plug part having a plug shaft, which can be inserted into a receiving part and is releasably locked therein. The plug part has at least two spring elastic latching arms that extend in the insertion direction. The latching arms have radially inwardly projecting catch cams at their free ends for engaging behind a latching step of the receiving part. The latching arms can be spread radially by a release element to release the plug part. The latching arms are radially spread by displacing the release element. The release element has axially extending release arms, which extend to the area of the catch cams, located radially between the latching arms and the plug shaft. The actuating sections are arranged in such a way for spreading the latching arms to release the catch cams.

Plug-type connector for media lines

The invention provides for a plug-in connector () for medium conduits comprising a plug-in part () sealingly introducible by a plug shank () into the receiving opening () of a connector counterpart () which is sealingly closable by latching means () for preventing the pull out thereof. For this purpose, a locking element () is movably connected to the plug-in part () in such a way that it locks the latching means () in a safety unscrewing-preventing position and releases in the unscrewing position for carrying out an unscrewing movement for freeing from locking.

Plug-in connector for medium conduits

A receiving part of a fluid plug-in coupling is provided, including a socket housing having a plug-in opening for a plug part and having a retaining device for releasably fixing the plugged-in plug part in place. The retaining device has a retaining element mounted in the socket housing and radially elastically deformable retaining sections for latching engagement behind a radial retaining step of the plug part. A release element is secured in an axially displaceable manner relative to the socket housing via latching means. The release element engages by means of an inner release section the plug-in opening and acts against the retaining sections of the retaining element. A securing element is provided such that the release element is blocked in a secured position agains a release movement and is unblocked in an unblocked position for a release movement. The securing element and the release element are preferably rotatable about the coupling axis relative to each other between the secured position and the unblocked position.

Receiving part of a fluid plug-in coupling

A receiving part of a fluid plug-in coupling is provided. The receiving part comprises a socket housing having a plug-in opening for a plug part and a sealing arrangement, which is arranged in the socket housing, for the plugged-in plug part. In this case, the sealing arrangement is fixed axially in the removal direction of the plug part by a closing bushing, and the closing bushing is secured directly in the socket housing via a locking portion.
