The present disclosure relates to a telecommunication method for monitoring with a mobile end user telecommunication device a telecommunication process on a digital telecommunication system using a telecommunication process monitoring server. The telecommunication process monitoring server is connectable with the mobile end user telecommunication device via a mobile wireless cellular digital telecommunication network. The telecommunication process monitoring server further is connectable with a real-time database. The digital telecommunication system further comprising a plurality of second telecommunication devices being connectable with the telecommunication control server via one or more second digital telecommunication networks. The telecommunication process comprises sending one or more telecommunication messages to the plurality of second telecommunication devices. The real-time database is configured for receiving and storing a plurality of telecommunication status reports about the status of the processing of the one or more telecommunication messages by the telecommunication system.

Performance monitoring with a mobile telecommunication device

A digital mobile telecommunications method using a digital telecommunications system. The method comprises: requesting the message from the content provider by the telecommunications device; receiving the message by the telecommunications device via the digital mobile telecommunications network from a content provider; sending the message to a text classification system by the telecommunications device via the wired digital network and the digital mobile telecommunications network; creating text tokens from the text portion using a tokenizing algorithm by the text classification system; transforming the text tokens into stemmed tokens using a stemming algorithm by the text classification system; determining a word classifier for each of the stemmed tokens using a named entity recognition algorithm by the text classification system; calculating a message classification of the message using a classification algorithm by the text classification system, wherein the classification algorithm uses the stemmed tokens and the word classifier for each of the stemmed tokens as input; sending the message classification to the telecommunications device by the text classification system via the wired network and the digital mobile telecommunications network; and displaying the message on the screen, wherein the display of the message is modified according to the classification.

Short text messaging in digital mobile telecommunication networks

A uniform resource locator (URL) including an identification of a network resource and one or more tag-variable sets may be determined. One or more variables associated with the URL may be determined based on the tag-variable sets, wherein each tag-variable set may include a variable and a corresponding tag. A target recipient of the URL, associated with one or more values corresponding to the one or more variables, may be determined. Each of the one or more variables may be replaced with the corresponding one or more values in the URL. The URL including the identification of the network resource and one or more tag-value sets may be provided to the target recipient, each tag-value set including the one or more tags and the corresponding one or more values, wherein upon a selection of the URL, the tag-value sets are provided to the network resource via the URL.

Resource identifier personalization

Methods and systems are described for plain text formatting of data item tables. An example system includes a plain text table manager including a template manager configured to obtain a hierarchical template including table information associated with a table, table information formatted in accordance with a non-proprietary markup language format. The example system also includes a parsing engine configured to parse the table information associated with the table to determine one or more markup language elements associated with the table. The example system also includes a plain text layout engine configured to determine a plain text graphical table structured layout associated with the table, based on the one or more markup language elements. The example system also includes a graphical table structure generator configured to generate a plain text graphical table structured view of the table indicating one or more data items indicated by the table information.

Plain text formatting of data item tables

A selection of a communication scenario of multiple communication scenarios is received. Availability of content placeholders associated with the selected communication scenario is presented. A selection of a content placeholder from the content placeholders associated with the selected communication scenario is received. Based on the received selection of the content placeholder associated with the communication scenario, a mass-communication template including the content placeholder is generated. The mass-communication template is accessed to generate a first electronic communication. The first electronic communication is sent with first content based on a first state of a communication variable specified by the content placeholder of the mass-communication template. The mass-communication template is accessed to generate a second electronic communication. The second electronic communication is sent with second content based on a second state of the communication variable specified by the content placeholder of the mass-communication template.

Mass-communication templates for communication-scenarios

A variable parser may be configured to determine a plurality of variables associated with a mailform template, the mailform template including one or more conditions. A data parser may be configured to determine one or more values associated with a target recipient and corresponding to each of the plurality of variables. A condition evaluator may be configured evaluate the one or more conditions based on one or more of the values to determine content associated with the personalized message. Replacement logic may be configured to replace, for the personalized message, each of the plurality of variables with the corresponding one or more values. A delivery engine may be configured to provide the personalized message including the one or more values and the content to the target recipient via one or more of the channels.

Document personalizer

One or more conditions associated with personalizing a subject line of a message for each of one or more target recipients may be determined. One or more conditions may be evaluated to determine which of conditional text is included in and which of conditional variables are included with the subject line. One or more values may be determined, for each of the one or more target recipients, corresponding to each of universal variables and the conditional variables for inclusion with the subject line. The subject line of the message may be personalized for each of the one or more target recipients based on the evaluation of the one or more conditions, the subject line including text and values corresponding to the variables for inclusion with the subject line as determined based on the evaluation.
