A method for producing a homogenized mixture of carbon, sulfur, and PTFE, wherein the sulfur is liquefied, and the liquid sulfur is then ground for the first time together with the carbon, so that the liquid sulfur is absorbed by the pores of the carbon particles and forms a preferably powdery composite with the carbon particles, whereupon PTFE is added and the mixture of the composite and the PTFE is then ground a second time and is thus homogenized.

A method for producing a powdered starting material, which is provided for production of rare earth magnets, including includes the following steps: pulverizing an alloy, including at least one rare earth metal, wherein a powdered intermediate product is formed from the alloy including the at least one rare earth metal, and carrying out at least one classification aimed at particle size and/or particle density for the powdered intermediate product. A fraction of the powdered intermediate product, which is formed by the at least one classification, is used for fabrication of rare earth magnets. Furthermore, at least one dynamic classifier is provided, implementing at least one classification directed at particle size and/or particle density for the powdered intermediate product and thereby separates the fraction from the powdered intermediate product, which forms the starting material for manufacturing rare earth magnets.

Method and installation for manufacturing a starting material for producing rare earth magnets

A method and a plant for the production of a powdery starting material, which is provided for the manufacture of rare earth magnets, are disclosed. First of all, at least one magnetic material, which is comminuted into a powdery intermediate product with a possibly increased concentration of impurities, and/or at least one alloy including rare earth metal are provided, which includes a low concentration of impurities. A classification of the powdery intermediate product to at least one criterion takes place subsequently, wherein, for the classification of the powdery intermediate product with the increased concentration of impurities, at least one dynamic classifier is provided, which divides the powdery intermediate product with impurities into at least two fractions based on the at least one criterion, wherein at least a high concentration of impurities accumulates in a first fraction and no impurities or at least a lower concentration of impurities than in the case of the first fraction accumulate in a second fraction, and wherein the fraction without impurities or with a low concentration of impurities forms the starting material for the manufacture of rare earth magnets.

A separator for separating solid particles from a processing gas stream that has been fed repeatedly through a work machine, wherein the separator includes a processing gas inlet through which particle-laden processing gas emitted from the work machine is fed into the separator, and a filterless separator element to reduce the particle content of the processing gas and a processing gas outlet to discharge the processing gas with its reduced particle content to the work machine, the separator including a secondary stream filter, which filters a smaller portion of the processing gas, and a secondary outlet, connected thereto, which ejects the filtered secondary stream of processing gas.

Furthermore, the specific heating tube is temperature-regulated with a defined amount of thermal energy, as a result of which superheated steam is formed in the specific heating tube from the working medium fed in the liquid phase, the superheated steam then departing from the specific heating tube.
