An application managed by a provider is configured to run according to a selected usage scenario of a group of usage scenarios. The group of usage scenarios include a hard-partitioned usage scenario in which instances of the application are hard partitioned in correspondence with tenants of the provider. The group of usage scenarios include a soft-partitioned usage scenario in which the instances of the application are soft partitioned in correspondence with the tenants of the provider. Example embodiments relate to providing exploration maps for visualizing enterprise product knowledge. In example embodiments, a system obtains a software exploration map including feature areas, where each feature area is associated with activities and a grouping of features in a software product. At this stage, the system may detect completion of an activity by a user of the software product. The system may then modify a knowledge level of the user in the feature area based on the completion of the activity.

The rule knowledge base includes correlation rules for identifying and correlating domain events. A correlation module utilizes a processor to correlate the domain events with the topology using the correlation rules to identify an interaction between the managed objects and the domain events.
