The axial end portions () of the at least one pleated filter () are pressed against the cover element () by an axial compressing force. The at least one pleated filter () is secured in the axial direction, and one respective sealing zone () is formed between each pleated filter () and each cover element ().

A housing pot for accommodating a filter element in a filter device includes a recess into which a bushing having a form-fit element is inserted. The form-fit element engages with the edge delimiting the recess in the bottom of the housing pot in a form-fit manner.
