The operating unit for a vehicle, in particular for a vehicle component, is provided with a housing () which has an operating element (), such as a display for example, and is designed to be secured in a device, in particular in a vehicle dashboard. The operating element () is elastically mounted on the housing (). An actuator () is additionally provided for mechanically exciting the operating element () when an operation of the operating element () has been detected. Finally, the operating unit also has a vibration compensating mass () which can be mechanically excited by the actuator or by one actuator () when an operation of the operating element () has been detected and/or which is mounted on the housing () and can be moved in order to substantially compensate for forces acting on the housing () when the operating element () is moved.

Operating unit for a device, in particular for a vehicle component

The invention relates to a display and operating device () for at least one vehicle component, in particular a radio, a CD and/or DVD player or similar audio and/or video player, a navigation device, an infotainment device, a heating, ventilating or aid condition control unit, or a human-machine interface, which is provided with a mechanical control element () for setting an operational parameter of at least one first vehicle component and a touch screen () for outputting information, and control keys () and/or other operational parameters for the first vehicle component and/or at least one second vehicle component. The touch screen () comprises a recess () and the mechanical operating element () is arranged in the recess () of the touch screen ().

Display and operating device for a vehicle component

An operating unit for a vehicle, e.g., an infotainment system for controlling diverse vehicle components, can include a housing and an operating element mounted in a spring-elastic manner on and/or in the housing along a vertical axis of movement extending substantially orthogonally to the operating surface and along a lateral axis of movement extending substantially transversely to the vertical axis of movement. The operating unit can also include at least one sensor for detecting an actuating movement of the operating element in the direction of the vertical axis of movement and an actuator arranged in and/or on the housing for the feedback movement of the operating element at least also in the lateral axis of movement during a detected actuating movement of the operating element, and a spring frame for the spring-elastic mounting of the operating element.

Operating unit for a vehicle

The invention relates to an operating unit () for an electrical apparatus, in particular a vehicle component such as, for example, a heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning installation, which is provided with a housing () having a front wall (), with an operating strip () that projects beyond the front wall (), which has an elongated operating surface () with a plurality of adjacently arranged operating fields (), and with a support element () for the operating strip (), which is arranged in the housing (). The operating strip () is connected to the support element () by means of connecting webs () which protrude in the respective areas between the operating panels () of the operating strip (). Flexible webs (), which protrude from the operating strip () for each operating field and are connected to the support element (), are arranged between the connecting webs (), namely in an elastic manner and more flexible than the connections of the operating strip () to the support element () via the connecting webs (). At least one operating field actuation sensor () for detecting a local bending of the operating strip (), when a manual actuating force is exerted on a operating field () of the operating strip (), is arranged on the support element () for each flexible web (). In addition, the operating unit () comprises an evaluation and operating unit () for receiving the signals of the operating panel actuating sensors () and for determining, on the basis of said signals, the operating field () on which, upon manual actuation of the operating strip (), the finger of one hand is applied, and for triggering an apparatus function that is associated with the respective operating field () corresponding to the determined operating field ().

Operating unit for an electrical apparatus, in particular for a vehicle component

A rotary/push operating device () for a man-machine interface, in particular for an operating unit of a vehicle, comprises a manually operable rotary/push element () which can be rotated about a rotational axis () and which can be pushed down in the direction of the rotational axis (), and a rolling-body bearing () which defines the rotational axis () and which comprises a immobile bearing ring (), a movable bearing ring (), and a rolling-body cage () arranged between said bearing rings. The rotary/push element () is coupled to the movable bearing ring () in such a manner that the rotary/push element () will move together with the movable bearing ring () when, during rotation of the rotary/push element (), the movable bearing ring () rotates or is axially moved in the direction of the rotational axis (). The rolling-body cage () comprises a plurality of rolling bodies () arranged in at least one radial plane of the rolling-body cage (). The immobile bearing ring () and the movable bearing ring () form at least one circular moving channel () in which the rolling bodies (), during rotation of the rotary/push element () in the circumferential direction of the two bearing rings (), are movable with rolling movements on opposite moving tracks () of the two bearing rings (), and, when the rotary/push element () is being pushed down in the direction of the rotational axis (), can move on the moving tracks () at a right angle relative to said circumferential direction. For limiting the movement of the rotary/push element () in the direction of the rotational axis () between a base position and a push-down position, the rotary/push operating device () further comprises end abutment elements ().

Rotary/push operating device for a man-machine interface

The rotary/push operating device () for a human-machine interface, in particular for a vehicle component, such as an air conditioning system, is provided with a rotary/push operating element () that can be rotated about a guide shaft () in a rotary movement and moved axially along the guide shaft (). Furthermore, the rotary/push operating device () has a rolling bearing unit () having an outer bearing ring (), an inner bearing ring () and rolling elements () arranged therebetween, wherein one of the bearing rings () is connected with the rotary/push operating element () in a rotationally fixed manner and can be rotated therewith.

Rotary/push operating device for a human-machine interface

The control unit, in particular for a vehicle component, is provided with a manually actuable control element () for selecting and optionally for activating a control function, wherein the control element () can be moved manually into a selection and/or trigger position for selecting and optionally for activating a control function. In addition, the control unit has a capacitive tactile sensor () for identifying manual touching contact with the control element () and optionally identifying the event of a hand approaching the control element (), wherein the tactile sensor () has a first and a second electrode (), which have electrode sides which substantially face one another and are spaced apart from one another. The first electrode () is arranged on the control element (). The second electrode () is arranged immovably. The two electrodes () extend with respect to one of the two dimensions thereof spanning the electrode sides parallel to the direction of the relative movement of the two electrodes (), said relative movement being performed as the control element () is moved manually into the selection and/or trigger position, wherein the size of the overlapping areas () of the opposing electrode sides, which overlapping areas are provided during the relative movement of the two electrodes (), remains substantially the same.
