A blade assembly for a folding knife includes a blade and a bearing assembly. The blade includes a cutting portion and a tang portion. The tang portion comprises a pivot opening, a first recess, and a second recess. The bearing assembly is coupled to the blade and includes a first bearing member, a second bearing member, and a sleeve. The first bearing member is disposed within the first recess of the tang portion, the second bearing member is disposed within the second recess of the tang portion, and the sleeve extends through the first bearing member, the second bearing member, and the pivot opening of the tang portion.

Easily disassembled folding knife

A folding knife includes a blade, a handle, an actuation mechanism, and a switch. The handle includes first and second side portions. The blade is pivotably coupled to the first and second side portions. The actuation mechanism is coupled to the handle and is movable between engaged and disengaged configurations. In the engaged configuration, the actuation mechanism prevents relative movement between the first and second side portions of the handle in a first direction. In the disengaged configuration, the actuation mechanism allows relative movement between the first and second side portions of the handle in the first direction. The switch is coupled to the handle and the actuation mechanism. The switch is configured such that moving the switch along a first path retains the actuation mechanism in the engaged configuration and moving the switch along a second path moves the actuation mechanism between the engaged and disengaged configurations.

A folding knife includes a blade, first and second handle portions, a post, and an engaging plate. The post extends from the first handle portion. The blade is pivotable relative to the handle portions about a pivot axis between open and closed positions. The engaging plate is coupled to the second handle portion and is movable relative to the second handle portion between first and second positions. In the first position, the engaging plate engages the post, thereby restricting relative movement between the first and second handle portions in a direction parallel to the pivot axis and retaining the blade between the first and second handle portions. In the second position, the engaging plate disengages the post, thereby allowing relative movement between the first and second handle portions in the direction parallel to the pivot axis and allowing the blade to be separated from the first and second handle portions.

Folding knife configured for rapid assembly and disassembly

A folding knife can include a handle portion, a pivot element, a blade, a locking element, a cap, and a rotatable wheel. The handle portion can comprise a first side portion and a second side portion. The blade can pivot about the pivot element between an open position and a closed position. The locking element can prevent disassembly of the first and second side portions when the locking element is in a locked position and allow disassembly of the first and second side portions when the locking element is in an unlocked position. The cap can be coupled to the first side portion adjacent the locking element. The pivot element can extend into the cap. The rotatable wheel can be disposed between the first and second side portions and can rotated to selectively retain the first and second side portions together.

A folding knife configured for rapid assembly and disassembly includes a blade and first and second handle portions. The first handle portion includes two engaging posts on the inner side, and the second handle portion has two engaging holes in the inner side. The engaging posts can extend respectively into the engaging holes so that the two handle portions form a complete handle. An engaging plate is provided in the handle and connected to a switch in the second handle portion. When the switch is pushed in one direction, the engaging plate engages with the engaging posts to prevent the engaging posts from disengaging from the engaging holes. Once the switch is pushed in the opposite direction, the engaging plate disengages from the engaging posts to allow the engaging posts to disengage from the engaging holes. The switch thus enables rapid assembly and disassembly of the folding knife.

A movable bed contains a base, a moving assembly, a first electric actuator, a second electric actuator, a driving shaft for matching with a support stand, and a lifting rack. The moving assembly includes four rollers fitted into two rails of the base. The base includes a centrally horizontal rod with a U-shaped piece. A top end of the first electric actuator is rotatably coupled with a connecting piece of the driving shaft, and the driving shaft has two ends connecting with the support stand and two U-shaped pieces. The second electric actuator includes a bottom end fixed on the moving assembly and a top end rotatably coupled with a L-shaped piece of a first plate of the lifting rack, one end of the first plate is rotatably joined with a second plate. The second plate is rotatably connected with a pushing bar also rotatably joined with the moving assembly.

A method is used for making disposable trays and bowls with organic materials or herbaceous plants that can be easily disintegrated and that has low economical value. The organic materials include straws, bagasses or forage grasses etc., which are cheap and can be easily obtained. The manufacturing costs of the trays and bowls are thus competitive in price and suitable for producing disposable trays and bowls for containing food. No waste water and gas will be produced such that the method meets the requirement of environmental protection.
