In a method for producing a winding overhang assembly for an electrical rotating machine, an insulating main body is produced at least partly from a dielectric material. Each of a plurality of conductors of a metal material is connected to the insulating main body via an intermediate layer, which is produced from a material which is different from the dielectric material of the insulating main body and from the metal material of the conductors and which is produced from silver, aluminum, antimony, magnesium, tin, zinc, lead, tantalum or from a mixture and/or from at least one alloy thereof. The conductors are hereby sprayed onto the intermediate layer by a thermal spraying method.

A method for producing a rotor for an electric rotating machine includes spraying in a rolling manner a first metallic material and a second metallic material, which is different from the first metallic material, onto at least part of a substantially cylindrical outer surface of a shaft body by a thermal spraying method to form on the shaft body a coating which forms at least part of a squirrel cage.

Method for producing a rotor for an electric rotating machine

An electrical rotating machine includes a laminated stator core having a first axial duct to convey a cooling air stream generated by a turbomachine through the laminated stator core to a rear stator winding overhang, and a second axial duct to return the cooling air stream from the rear stator winding overhang back through the laminated stator core. An air guide is attached to the laminated stator core on a side of the rear stator winding overhang to redirect the cooling air stream via the rear stator winding overhang. Radial slots between the ducts and an air gap between the laminated stator core and a rotor are spaced from one another at an axial distance which decreases toward a turbomachine-distal side of the laminated stator core so as to compensate a temperature gradient caused by the one-sided cooling.

A wind power generator with a closed internal cooling circuit has a stator that is implemented as sheet metal and includes a winding system which forms winding heads at the end faces of the stator. The stator is enclosed by a cooling jacket at least in the region of the laminated core, wherein permanent magnets of a rotor are disposed on a magnet wheel jacket embodied as a hollow shaft. The magnet wheel jacket is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a shaft or shaft stubs by way of support elements at its end faces, wherein in its interior the hollow shaft has at least one tube whose lateral surface area runs at an equidistant clearance from the magnet wheel jacket. Blowers are mounted at the end faces of the rotor.

A tube mill has a body arranged for rotation about an axis of rotation. Material to be ground can be introduced into the body for comminution. The tube mill has an electric motor for rotationally driving the body. The electric motor has a rotor arranged around the body and connected to the body for rotation therewith and has a stator arranged stationarily around the rotor. The tube mill has a concrete element running around at least half the circumference of the stator yoke which is connected to the concrete element in such a way that forces acting on the stator yoke are transferred to the concrete element.

A generator includes a stationary stator and a rotor disposed rotatably about an axis of rotation. The stator has a fan drawing air from the ambient air around the generator, wherein the inlet channel is disposed such that air drawn in by the fan is distributed at the core of the stator by the channel over the length of the core in the direction of the axis of rotation. Cooling channels running in the circumferential direction of the core and distributed over the length of the core are disposed on the core, wherein the stator comprises an outlet channel disposed offset in the circumferential direction of the core with respect to the inlet channel. The inlet channel is connected to the outlet channel by the cooling channels, such that air from the inlet channel flows through the cooling channels into the outlet channel.
