A machine for separative machining of a plate-shaped workpiece that has: a first movement unit for moving the workpiece in a first direction (X); a second movement unit for moving a machining head for the separative machining in a second direction (Y); and two workpiece bearing faces for bearing the workpiece. A gap that extends along the second direction (Y) is formed between the workpiece bearing faces. The machine has a push-out unit having a push-out element, wherein the push-out element is movable at least in the second direction (Y) within the gap so as to press, at a predefined push-out position (AP), against a workpiece part that was cut free from the workpiece during separative machining. The disclosure further relates to methods for pushing out a workpiece part which, in particular, was cut free on such a machine.

The machines include a first movement unit configured to move the workpiece in a first direction and a second movement unit including a machining head configured to emit the processing beam. The machines include a first workpiece support unit including a first workpiece-bearing face and a second workpiece support unit including a second workpiece-bearing face spaced apart by a gap from the first workpiece support unit and the first workpiece-bearing face. The invention relates to a method for the cutting processing of a panel-type material in a machine which comprises a processing station in a machine base frame, and the processing station is assigned a loading and unloading station. The panel-type material is laid on a pallet which is movable between the processing station and the loading and unloading station, and the pallet is moved into the processing station for subsequent processing and is positioned on a pallet carrier of the machine base frame for the subsequent processing of the panel-type material, wherein, before the start of the processing process of the panel-type material by the processing unit, the pallet is lifted from the pallet carrier by an air spring device and is positioned in a manner decoupled from the pallet carrier, and after the processing process of the panel-type material, the pallet is coupled to the pallet carrier.

Methods and machines for the cutting processing of a plate-type material

In the method according to the disclosure for the unloading of a workpiece part from a workpiece, in parallel with processing time, by means of an unloading element, e.g. a vacuum sucker, the workpiece part is cut from an especially plate-form workpiece by means of a laser beam. The movement of the laser beam relative to the workpiece at least along a first movement axis (X) is divided into a movement of the workpiece and a movement of the laser beam. Before executing a final cut, which separates the workpiece part from the workpiece, the workpiece is decelerated until standstill and the final cut is then executed for example, by moving the laser beam. The machine tool comprises a first movement device for the movement of the workpiece in a first direction, two workpiece supporting surfaces spaced apart by a gap extending in a second direction and configured for supporting the workpiece, and a second movement device for the movement of a pressing tool in the second direction. The pressing tool comprises two tool components that are configured to move in a stroke direction relative to one another in order to process the workpiece in the gap by at least one of stamping and shaping. The machine tool also comprises at least one receiving device configured to move in the second direction one or more of in and along the gap for depositing at least one workpiece part formed when processing the workpiece by at least one of stamping and shaping.

This disclosure relates to methods and apparatuses for cutting out a workpiece section along a target path from a plate-shaped workpiece using a laser beam of a laser cutting machine having a first drive for moving the workpiece along a first drive axis, a second drive for moving a laser cutting head along the first drive axis. Target values of the target path of the laser beam are divided into target values for the first drive and for the second drive. Before the laser beam reaches a cutting-out end position of the workpiece section, the target values for the first drive are set to a constant value, so that after braking of the first drive, the cutting out of the workpiece section is only still executed by moving the laser cutting head and the workpiece comes to a stop at latest at the cutting-out end position.

Devices for separating two workpiece parts, e.g., metal sheets, from one another are described and include a workpiece mounting, a lifting device arranged on one side of the workpiece mounting, and a counter-holder arranged on the opposite side of the workpiece mounting. The counter-holder can be transferred into a fixing state and into a releasing state. One of the workpiece parts to be separated from one another is provided as a removal part, the other as a remaining part. For separating the two workpiece parts, the removal part, which is acted upon by the lifting device and supported by the counter-holder, can be moved by means of the lifting device perpendicular to the mounting in relation to the remaining part by a removal movement. At least in the releasing state, the counter-holder forms a rigid abutment in the lifting direction for the removal part. The rigid abutment has the effect that the removal part is aligned parallel to the mounting. Machine-based systems include a processing unit for producing two workpiece parts from a sheet-like workpiece and a separating device as described herein. Methods for separating two workpiece parts of a sheet-like workpiece are carried out by means of the devices described herein and can be part of a machine-based process.

The punching tool is configured to move away from the punched workpiece during a return stroke. The punching tool includes first and second components configured to be coupled hydraulically for concurrent movement along the stroke axis. The punching tool includes a punching drive for moving the first component along the stroke axis. The punching apparatus is configured to move the second component relative to the first component at a first transmission ratio during the punching stroke. The punching apparatus is configured to move the second component relative to the first component at a second transmission ratio in response to a reaction force of the workpiece exceeding a threshold value of the punching drive during the punching stroke.
