A method and a device for filling containers with products, in which the products are successively conveyed horizontally to a filling installation in which the products, while being combined to form individual product groups, are grouped, and an offered-up container, which is conveyed horizontally to the filling installation, is filled in a single track with one or a plurality of product groups, wherein the filled containers subsequently are in particular horizontally transported away. The method includes conveying the products in multiple tracks to the filling installation, grouping the products to form product groups, feeding the product groups in multiple tracks to a common revolving vertical conveyor of the filling installation, conveying the product groups to an ejection position from which the product groups are conveyed onward in a single track to an offered-up container, and filling the offered-up container with at least one of the product groups.

Method and device for filling a container with products

The invention relates to a method for handling (flat) articles (), in particular hygiene products such as diapers, napkins or the like, wherein the articles () are supplied on a first feed conveyor () and are removed as a compressed group () of articles () on a removal conveyor (). The invention is characterized in that the feed conveyor () and the removal conveyor () are continuously driven and a group () of articles () is transferred from the continuously driven feed conveyor () to a continuously driven compressing device () in which the group () of articles () is compressed, and in that the compressed group () of articles () is transferred from the compressing device () to the continuously driven removal conveyor ().

Method and linear device for handling articles

A method for handling bags (), in particular wicketed bags, combined into bundles () and for feeding the bags () to a packaging machine (), and a corresponding apparatus. In the method and apparatus, the bags () are supplied in a plurality of bundles () in a magazine () arranged upstream of the packaging machine (); the bundles () are arranged on bag carriers () in each case such that the bag carriers () extend through suspension holes () of the bags (); the bag carriers () with the bags () located thereon are fed from the magazine () to the packaging machine (); and the bundles () are transferred from the bag carriers () directly to appropriately arranged receiving pins () of a cyclically driven conveying device () of the packaging machine () and are then filled in the packaging machine ().

Method and device for handling bags combined into bundles

A method for handling (flat) objects (), in particular sanitary articles such as diapers, sanitary napkins or the like, wherein the objects () are conveyed along a transport section () in a product flow and are then put together in a grouping station to form groups of objects (). The objects () are introduced into the product flow in the region of an inlet station () before the objects () are put together to form groups.

For the automatic insertion of packs () into a large-volume carton (), two work tools are used, namely, a pack robot () with carton holder () for holding the cartons () ready and a pack robot () with head () for inserting the individual packs () one after another into the carton () in the region of a packing station (). Through relative movement of carton () and pack (), different pack formations are created within the carton ().

Method and apparatus for inserting packages into cartons

In order to insert packages, particularly bags () having fragile packaging goods into containers or cartons (), the carton () is held ready in a packing station () such that the bags () can be inserted into the carton () by means of a delivery device, particularly a pusher (). In order to create different, ordered formations of the bags () within the carton (), said carton can be moved during the filling or packing process such that the packing formation is created due to a corresponding relative positioning of the carton () at a predetermined feed plane.

Method and device for inserting (tube) bags into cartons

For supplying machines, namely packaging machines, with web-like packaging material which is present in the form of a reel, a reel store () is fitted out with a portal (), in which the reels () are kept on pallets (). A portal robot () with an articulated arm () transfers reels () as required to winding subassemblies () arranged outside the portal (). From these winding subassemblies, the material webs are transported toward opposite sides, in the direction parallel to the longitudinal extent of the portal (), to the consuming machines.
