A workpiece having an identification code is arranged on a workpiece carrier having coded therein, by a pattern made from a plurality of mutually separate regions of different density, at least one character of the identification code. The workpiece and carrier are scanned together by computed tomography, the regions or part of the regions and the densities thereof in the computed tomography scan are ascertained, the scan is oriented in response to at least the location of a straight line through two of these regions, the character that is coded by way of the density pattern of the plurality of regions is determined in the scan, and the oriented scan is processed in response to the coded character.

Carrier for the examination of workpieces by computed tomography

A stylus holder for a stylus, the stylus having a measuring machine adapter, a shaft, and a stylus tip. The stylus holder includes a body which is designed to receive the stylus and has a moveable securing element on the body. The body has a base which is designed to receive the measuring machine adapter, and the securing element has support surfaces, which can be moved relative to the base plane into a securing position resting on the measuring machine adapter provided in the base, and interaction areas in order to release the securing position of the support surfaces resting on the measuring machine adapter via the areas and/or in order to ensure the securing position by means of a hood or a support.

Stylus holder

The invention relates to a probing means for coordinate measuring machines, with a probe tip having a recess and a shaft penetrating with a shoulder into the recess. According to the invention, the recess tapers towards the interior of the probe tip and the shaft has a construction complementary thereto.

Ball-shaft connection

The invention relates to an intermediate element for the arrangement of a probe pin with respect to the probe pin carrier of a coordinate measuring machine, having a single-piece base body with a probe pin end and a machine end. It is provided here that the machine end is provided with a coupling element and with a means for ensuring a reproducible rotational alignment, and the probe pin end has a bearing face which is inclined in a fixed manner with respect to the axis of the coupling element, is provided on a general ball segment form which is flattened by the bearing face, and is configured with a positively locking means and/or frictional means for the positively locking and/or frictional engagement with a fastening end of the probe pin in contact with the bearing face.

Tracer pin arrangement

The present invention relates to a feeler pin for a coordinate measuring machine. The feeler pin comprises a shaft having a first end and a second end, a fastening sleeve for fastening the feeler pin in a feeler pin holder, and an identification device for identifying the feeler pin. A feeler object is provided at the first end of the shaft, wherein the identification device can be read out via a first contact and a second contact. Further, it is provided that the second end of the shaft and the fastening sleeve are connected by a plastic section, wherein the first contact is provided by the fastening sleeve, and the second contact is provided by a rotationally symmetrical contact device which is electrically insulated from the fastening sleeve by the plastic section. Further, the present invention relates to a feeler head for holding the at least one feeler pin.

Feeler pin and feeler head for a coordinate measuring machine

The invention relates to a feeler () having a shaft () and a coupling body () fixing the latter for coupling to a coordinate measuring device. It is provided here that the shaft is fixed in the receiving body by means of injection molding.
