The present invention relates to an fastening system () for a dental object, comprising a transverse connector () for passing through an interdental space (); and a support member () for supporting the transverse connector () against the teeth (--) laterally of the interdental space ().

Fastening system for a dental object

The inventive film clamping element () is held using a lip ring () and a vestibular ring (), between which and possibly beyond which a film () extends. The film () and also said rings () are elastically deformable and it is provided that the film () comprises an attachment () each at two positions opposite one another. Between these attachments () at least one elastic band () extends which is suitable to constrict the film () radially towards the inside.

Rotary-spindle syringe

An application device with a cylindrical basic body for storing a squeezable dental material having a piston positioned inside the basic body and axially displaceable towards the basic body. A piston rod serves to displace the piston in the squeezing direction, which piston rod partially reaches into the piston and is axially displaceable towards the latter. The piston is provided with an elastic resetting device at its front end area positioned in the direction towards the dental material. The elastic resetting device can be biased in the squeezing direction, and returns back to its relaxed position after the end of each axial movement of the piston in the squeezing direction and release of the pressure exerted on the piston rod for this purpose.

Application device

An application device for applying a composite substance onto a site is provided that operably applies a composite substance formed of at least two reaction substances which react with one another. The application device includes a receptacle for receiving a fluid. The receptacle has a support element having a working end on which a reaction substance is supported and the receptacle is operable to guide the one reaction substance into reaction contact with another reaction substance to thereby effect the formation of the composite substance. The receptacle is configured with respect to another receptacle which receives therein a reaction substance such that the receptacle comprises either a shaft portion of a grip or the grip itself of the other receptacle adapted to be gripped by a user in deploying the other receptacle.
