A force introduction fitting for lightweight components comprises two radial force introduction faces, at least one axial force introduction face and at least one receiving means for mounting and force introduction of the force introduction fitting. The radial force introduction face and the axial force introduction face enclose a cavity. The radial force introduction face and the axial force introduction face form a one-piece component. A wall is located between the radial force introduction faces and the axial force introduction face, and extends non-parallel to the axial force introduction face, at least in portions, and comprises a bearing face for fitting a retaining face of an anchor part. A force introduction fitting of this type can be produced by using a selective laser melting method. The force introduction fitting can thus be adapted flexibly to loading conditions and has advantageous material properties and a low weight.

Force introduction fitting for lightweight components

A fastening arrangement for fastening a component, in particular a cabin component, to a structural component of an aircraft or spacecraft, including a structural component which has a connection surface; a fastening fitting which has a geometry matched to the geometrical shape of the structural component, has a connection portion associated with the connection surface of the structural component and is produced from a thermoplastic injection-moulding material; and an elastomeric adhesive joint for stable fastening of the connection portion of the fastening fitting to the associated connection surface of the structural component. A corresponding fastening fitting and an aircraft or spacecraft comprising a fastening arrangement of this type and/or a fastening fitting of this type are also described.

Fastening arrangement and fastening fitting for fastening a component to a structural component of an aircraft or spacecraft

A force introduction fitting for lightweight constructional components comprises at least one radial force introduction surface, at least one axial force introduction surface, and at least one receiving means for holding the force introduction fitting and for introducing loads into the force introduction fitting. The radial force introduction surface and the axial force introduction surface enclose a hollow space. The radial force introduction surface and the axial force introduction surface form a single-piece component. Such a force introduction fitting can be produced with the use of a selective laser melting method. The force introduction fitting can thus be adjusted in a particularly flexible manner to the load conditions, comprises particularly advantageous materials characteristics and features a lightweight construction.

Force transmission fitting for lightweight components

An attachment arrangement for attaching a component to the fuselage of an aircraft. The attachment arrangement comprises an elongated stringer that can be connected to the aircraft fuselage, and a fitting that can be connected to the component. The stringer comprises a multitude of recesses that are formed one behind the other in the direction of longitudinal extension of the stringer. The fitting comprises at least one engagement element that is adapted for positive-locking engagement in the recesses of the stringer. The stringer and/or the fitting can comprise CFC. The fittings can also comprise various other plastics or metal. Weight savings are achieved while at the same time providing stable and variably-positionable attachment. Furthermore, a method for constructing a stringer for an attachment arrangement is proposed, in which method, by providing reinforcement fibers adjacent to the recesses, a carbon scrim is locally reinforced around the recesses.
