An apparatus for supplying hydraulic energy in a chassis system of a vehicle including at least three construction groups, which are arranged in an overall casing constructed of at least three partial casings. The three partial casings respectively adjoin each other and are closed there with a sealing adhesive.

Electro-hydraulic machine with integrated sensor

A connection device for high currents for detachably connecting an electrified apparatus, e-apparatus, with a terminal current conductor, to a respective terminal device and to a respective line terminal device. A terminal part is fastenable to a housing part of the e-apparatus and a connection current conductor extends through the terminal part into the interior of the housing and at an end there is connectable with the current terminal and at a different end has a first contact area; through the line terminal part there is led the terminal current conductor and the line terminal part is form-fittingly inserted at least partly in a receiving mechanism at the terminal part such that the first contact area contacts a second contact area of the terminal current conductor.

High currency connection

In a hydraulic system which is biased to a minimum system pressure using a bias valve or other flow obstruction disposed in a tank line, there is provided in a bypass line to the bias valve an evacuating and filling valve through which the hydraulic system is first evacuatable and subsequently fillable with a hydraulic fluid. The valve closes the bypass when a differential pressure overcomes a preadjusted force of a spring element. For this purpose, the valve possesses a displaceably mounted valve body with an integrated throttle and a seal face which closes a through opening when the valve body is shifted against the bias force of the spring element due to the pressure difference.

Hydraulic system

A piston accumulator () comprises a pressure chamber () which on one side is closed by a piston () axially displaceable in a pipe () in order to change its volume depending on the axial position of the piston (). A detent mechanism is provided in order to hold back the piston () against a spring preload () in a second position differing from a first position. The piston () is formed in a multi-part fashion and comprises at least a first piston part () and a second piston part (), wherein at least one of the two piston parts () is hardened and disposed to cooperate with the detent mechanism in a catching fashion.

A piston accumulator () comprises a pressure chamber () which is closed on one side by an axially shiftable piston () in order to change its volume depending on the axial position of the piston (). A locking mechanism is provided for retaining the piston () in a second position different from a first position against a spring preload (). The piston accumulator () further comprises an electromagnetic apparatus () having an armature () which is shifted upon axial shifting of the piston () from the first into the second position in its turn into an axial position in which a blocking element () of the locking mechanism is held by the armature () in a radial position so as to block a shift of the piston () back in the direction of its first position. For holding the blocking element () there is provided a separate interlocking member () which is fastened to the armature () and is made of a harder material than the armature ().
