This relates to a key cover for covering the head of a key. In one embodiment, the key cover is formed in two pieces, a cover member and a plug. In a second embodiment, the cover member and plug are pivotally connected. The cover member is provided with a cavity for receiving the key head with the blade of the key passing through a slot in the underside of the cover member. A plug is then readily insertable into the top of a cavity in overlying relation to the key head disposed within the cavity of the cover member and locked in place with the cover member. The interlock between the plug and the cover member is one wherein the plug cannot be readily removed unless the cover, for all practical purposes, is locked in place on the key. This permits the key cover to be individually applied to a key without materially disassociating the key from its respective lock.

Key cover

An adjustable holding device whereby different handled objects such as tools brooms and the like may be vertically hung. The holding device is adjustable and can retain handled objects of various widths. The adjustable holding device can either be directly mounted to a wall or can be retained in an elongated support bracket. The elongated support bracket can retain several adjustable holding devices, which allow several different handled objects to be hung vertically in side-by-side relation.

Adjustable tool holder assembly

The present invention relates to a reusable clasp for retaining a container. The reusable clasp includes a first and a second member, the first member having a stud projecting therefrom, and a ball at an end thereof for locking with an annular space in the second member. The reusable clasp can be folded about an edge of the container to be retained and the first member is forced through the container and interlocked with the second member thereafter retaining the container.

The present invention is a manually propelled utility cart having a base, an intermediate slideable tray, and a top tray. The base includes wheels for movement of the utility cart along the floor surface. Vertical structural support members are provided for supporting the intermediate tray and the top tray vertically upward from the base. The intermediate tray has an adjustable positioning assembly and is in releasably slideable engagement with the vertical support members. The top tray includes molded utensil clips and has a handle with an integral trash bag retention portion. The upper tray also has upper support member engaging portions. The vertical structural support members includes at least one hollow rod structural member which is engaged and secured in compression between upper and lower support post engagement portions. The adjustable positioning assembly includes releasable clamping systems for releasably clamping the intermediate tray in variable vertical positions between the base and the top tray. In an alternate embodiment, an adjustable positioning assembly is also provided which includes a bore and counterbore which define a shoulder arrangement in the intermediate tray. The support members are provided with a plurality of peripheral grooves along the vertical length. A expandable ring is provided to be releasably placed in the grooves. The counterbore engages the ring to hold it in position in the groove while the shoulder rests on the ring to support the tray at a predetermined position.

Utility cart

The present invention is a manually propelled utility cart having a base, an intermediate slidable tray, and a top tray. The base includes wheels for movement of the utility cart along the floor surface. The base includes a utility tray, lower support post engaging portions and a mop bucket carrying portion. The mop bucket carrying portion includes caster curbs for restraining movement of a castered mop bucket carried on the mop bucket carrying portion, and has a draining surface and drain and drain plug for selectively retaining or draining spillage from the bucket. Vertical support members are provided for supporting the intermediate tray and the top tray vertically upward from the base. The intermediate tray has adjustable positioning and is in slidable engagement with the vertical support members. The top tray includes molded utensil clips and has a handle with an integral trash bag retention portion. The upper tray also has upper support member engaging portions. The vertical structural support members are provided and include at least one hollow rod structural member which is engaged and secured in compression between the upper and lower support post engagement portions. The adjustable positioning includes releasable clamping systems for releasably clamping the intermediate tray in variable vertical positions between the base and the top tray.
