A transmission, in particular a dual clutch transmission, has a plurality of transmission shafts and a fastening apparatus for at least one fixed gear on one of the transmission shafts. The fixed gear is held axially on the transmission shaft by way of a fastening nut. The fixed gear is formed with a recess around the transmission shaft in a region that lies radially below the gear toothing system. A fastening sleeve is positioned in the recess between the fixed gear and the transmission shaft in a section which adjoins a fastening nut. During the clamping of the fastening nut, the latter bears against the fastening sleeve. As a result, the transmission of micromovements to the fastening nut is minimized or prevented, with the result that loosening of the fastening nut does not take place during the operation of the transmission.

Change speed transmission

A hydraulic control unit is set up to hydraulically actuate a starting clutch of a motor vehicle and gear selectors of a transmission of the motor vehicle by use of hydraulic valves which are integrated in the hydraulic control unit and which have in each case at least one control element. The hydraulic control unit is characterized in that the integrated hydraulic valves are aligned in the hydraulic control unit in such a way that a movement direction of a vibratory element of a hydraulic valve which controls only the starting clutch differs from the movement direction of vibratory elements of the other hydraulic valves, and is aligned to a lesser extent with the longitudinal axis of the motor vehicle.

A method controls a friction clutch disposed between an internal combustion engine and a change speed transmission. The friction clutch is controlled in such a way that it transmits an average coupling torque of the internal combustion engine and does not transmit periodically occurring peak values of the coupling torque. In addition, a control unit is programmed to carry out the method.
