A pump device having a pump piston () longitudinally movable in a pump housing (), which pump piston is actuated by an actuating solenoid () to open an outlet valve () for discharging a fluid during a delivery stroke. In a pump space () of the pump housing (), during a suction stroke, the pump piston () generates a negative pressure and, upon passing over a control edge () delimiting the pump space (), the piston establishes a fluid connection between a fluid inlet () in the pump housing () and the pump space (). The pump space (), under the negative pressure in the pump space (), is filled resulting from a fluid flow along the outer circumference () of parts of the pump piston () toward the outlet valve (). During the delivery stroke, this filling volume is discharged from the pump space () via the outlet valve ().

Pump device

A pneumatic suspension system for a vehicle is provided comprising a mounting arrangement for mounting a portion of the vehicle on a chassis; the mounting arrangement including at least one pneumatic spring to be arranged and coupled between the portion of the vehicle and the vehicle chassis. A vehicle state control system is provided that provides a pressure set value in the pneumatic spring and a pressure controller is arranged to a valve device alternatively for pressurizing or depressurizing the each pneumatic spring. The valve device comprises at least a first valve having a valve outlet coupled to the spring terminal and a valve inlet communicatively coupled to the pressure terminal. A support structure () distinct from the sealing edge () is provided arranged to providing supporting contact to the sealing face to counteract deformations of the sealing face.

Suspension system for a driver's compartment of a vehicle

A system for exhaust gas treatment for internal combustion engines has a pump () for metered supply of a freezable substance, particularly a urea solution, to a supply device () introducing the substance into the exhaust gas flow. A compensation device () is provided as protection against damage to the system due to volume expansion when the substance freezes. The compensation device compensates for the volume expansion accompanying an increase of the fluid pressure when the substance freezes.

System for exhaust gas treatment for internal combustion engines

An electromagnet for actuating valves includes a sheath-like magnet housing encompassing a pole core forming a one-sided closure of the housing. The housing is connected to the pole core by an annular groove in its periphery, by an O-ring accommodated in the groove as a sealing element and by an annular groove in the magnet housing. The magnet housing forms bearing surfaces joined in positive fit to the inner walls of the annular groove and a sealing surface located on the O-ring.
