An electromagnetically actuated valve includes at least one sleeve, a magnet core arranged in a fixed manner in the at least one sleeve, a magnet armature configured to actuate a valve element and arranged so as to be axially movable, and an elastically deformable flat spring element held in a clampable manner between a core end face of the magnet core facing the magnet armature and an armature end face of the magnet armature facing the magnet core. The spring element is configured to form at least one contact point with the armature end face and the core end face. The core end face defines a stepped configuration in a radial extent having at least two successive steps.

Electromagnetically actuated valve

An electromagnetically actuated valve includes at least one sleeve and a magnet armature. A magnetic core is arranged in a stationary manner in the at least one sleeve. The magnet armature is configured to actuate a valve element and is axially movable. An elastically deformable spring element is clamped and retained between a core end face of the magnetic core facing the magnet armature and an armature end face of the magnet armature facing the magnetic core. The spring element forms at least one contact point in conjunction with the armature end face and the core end face. The contour of the spring element, the armature end face and/or the core end face are formed in the radial extent such that a radial position of the at least one contact point changes as a function of a distance of the armature end face from the core end face.

A method for activating a two-stage switching valve including a first stage which has a small flow cross-section and a second stage which has a larger flow cross section, the switching valve being situated between a main brake cylinder and a hydraulic pump in a hydraulic brake system. The pressure equalization knock on opening the switching valve is substantially reduced by activating the switching valve in a first control phase via a control signal having a low amplitude, due to which only the first stage of the valve is first opened, and by activating the valve in a second phase via a control signal having a higher amplitude.

A device for determining the saturation point of a vacuum brake booster having a vacuum chamber and a working chamber that are separated from one another by a membrane. The reaching of the saturation point can be recognized simply and precisely if the vacuum prevailing in the vacuum chamber is measured using a pressure sensor, and the output signal of the pressure sensor is evaluated by an electronic evaluation system that calculates the saturation point using a mathematical function, taking into account only the pressure prevailing in the vacuum chamber.

A control circuit for a controllable electric solenoid valve of a brake system of a motor vehicle is described, in which the actual values of a controlled variable (f(t)), e.g., the vehicle deceleration, a wheel slip, a driving speed, an angle of rotation or the like are returned to a predetermined tolerance band. The actual value of the controlled variable is measured continuously and compared with the predetermined tolerance band, which is stored in an EEPROM, for example.
