A stamp plate () and a device for producing shell-shaped goods for consumption made of a food mass, in particular a fat mass such as cocoa or a chocolate-type fat mass. The stamp plate comprises a substantially flat base body () and at least one stamp () which can be temperature controlled and is arranged on the base body (). The at least one stamp (), during the intended use, can be immersed into a cavity () of a mold () in which the food mass is located, and the cavity corresponding to the stamp (). At least one additional raised element () is arranged on the base body () as a spacer () for the mold ().

A depositing machine () comprising a removable component, a method for inserting the removable component () in a machine frame () of a depositing machine, a method for removing the removable component () from a machine frame () of a depositing machine (), and a kit for retrofitting a depositing machine () with the removable component (). The invention relates to a device () for producing shaped consumable items from a fat mass, in particular a fat mass containing cocoa or a chocolate-like fat mass, comprising a housing () and at least one stamping plate () having at least one temperature-controllable stamp (). The stamping plate () can be moved out of the housing () in order to clean or replace the stamping plate. The invention further relates to methods for cleaning and for replacing stamping plates () having at least one temperature-controlled stamp ().
