A pipette for use with a pipette tip includes a housing, a pin on the bottom end of the housing holding a pipette tip having first means for form-fit connection and a second means for form-fit connection which can be shoved onto the pin, constricting the pin, and/or expanding the tip before form-fit connection with the pin, a drive apparatus, at least one locking sleeve arranged concentric to the pin which is guided toward the pin in the housing, wherein the locking sleeve has a locked position having a pin in the inside constricted by shoving on a pipette tip, and/or is bordered on the outside by a tip shoved onto the pin, preventing a release from the pin, and the locking sleeve is upwardly displaceable out of the locked position so that the pin, and/or the tip is released, and the tip is removable from the pin.

A device for pipette tips having a refill pack, a plate having holes, pipette tips, a shell below the plate, an inner lid above the plate which has a base and side walls and a latch; a holder having a bottom; an outer lid having a base and side walls; a pivotal connection for the lid and holder; a support projecting from a side wall engaging the bottom of a lid side wall; a second latch having a support which latches with the first latch; an unlocking button having an actuator on the outside of the second lid side wall and a pressing element on the inside of the second lid side wall which may be pressed against the outside of the first lid side wall to deform the first lid side wall and undo the latching between the first and second latches.

A device for providing pipette tips includes a plate-shaped carrier with a base surface, holes in the carrier perpendicular to the base surface, at least one vertically running cut-out in the outer sides of two opposing narrow sides of the carrier to accommodate two vertical guide ribs at a distance from each other, pipette tips in the holes, a bottom part with sidewalls that extend upwards from a standing surface, said sidewalls surrounding a rectangular seat for the carrier with the inserted pipette tips, wherein two opposing first sidewalls project further upward from the standing surface than to opposing second sidewalls, a supporting mechanism on the inner sides of at least two opposing sidewalls to support the carrier in a horizontal alignment at the bottom edges of narrow sides, and two vertical guide ribs engaging in the at least one cut-out when the carrier is placed on the supporting mechanism.

Device for providing pipette tips including a refill pack which includes a perforated plate with a plurality of holes, pipette tips inserted into the holes, a container covering the pipette tips at the bottom with a stiffness of up to 300 N/mm and a removable cover, covering the pipette tips from the top and a holder with a receiver for inserting the refill pack, a laterally protruding upper bearing edge being present between the refill pack and holder for supporting the refill pack when said refill pack is inserted into the receiver.
