A hydraulic piston machine is described comprising a piston () having a hollow () secured by a wall () and an insert () arranged in the hollow. Such a machine should have a high efficiency at low costs. To this end the insert () comprises a section () which extends out of the hollow ().

A piston () having a piston shaft (), a ball head () at one end of the piston shaft (), and a slider shoe () mounted to the ball head (), wherein the ball head () has a through channel (), the slider shoe () has a sliding surface () and a through hole () in communication with an end of the through channel (), and a plastic material () is arranged in a gap between the slider shoe () and the ball head () and forms an inner coating () of the through hole (). The production of such a piston should be facilitated. To this end a sealing surface () is arranged at the end of the through channel () wherein the sealing surface () surrounds the opening of the through channel () into the through bore () and an inner diameter of the sealing surface () is smaller than an inner diameter of the inner coating () of the through bore ().

Device for supplying ports to a machine section of a hydraulic machine arrangement

A pump device () is provided comprising: a shaft (), rotor means () fixed to said shaft () in rotational direction, said rotor means () having pressure chambers () the volume of which varying during a rotation of said rotor means (), port plate means () having a through going opening () for each of said pressure chambers () and being connected to said rotor means () in rotational direction, and valve plate means () cooperating with said port plate means (). It is intended to pressurize a high volume of fluid, in particular water, within a limited space. To this end said rotor means () comprise a first rotor () and at least a second rotor (), both rotors being fixed to said shaft () in rotational direction, said first rotor () having at least a first pressure chamber () and said second rotor () having at least a second pressure chamber (), said port plate means () having a first port plate () and at least a second port plate (), said first port plate () having a through going opening () for said first pressure chamber () and being connected to said first rotor () in rotational direction, said second port plate () having a through going opening () for said second pressure chamber () and being connected to said second rotor () in rotational direction, said valve plate means () having a first valve plate () and at least a second valve plate (), said first valve plate () cooperating with said first port plate (), and said second valve plate () cooperating with said second port plate (), wherein at least one of said first rotor () and said second rotor () comprises force generating means () pressing said second port plate () against said second valve plate () even in absence of hydraulic pressure in said second pressure chamber ().

The object is to have a reliable operation of said machine with a simple construction. It is endeavoured to simplify the manufacturing of such a rotor. For this purpose, the cylinder ring () is located in a carrier (), which comprises a bottom () and a circumferential wall (), the permanent magnets (,) resting on the bottom (), and each fixing element (,) comprising at least one projection (), which covers a side () of the permanent magnet (,) facing away from the bottom ().

The invention concerns a refrigerant compressor arrangement () with a housing () comprising a suction opening (), a compressor (), which is arranged in the housing (), and is connected to the suction opening (), and a suction connection () that is fixed at the housing (), and comprises a housing section () and a tube section (), the housing section () being connected to the suction opening () and the diameter of the tube section () being different from the diameter of the housing section (). With such a refrigerant compressor arrangement, it is endeavoured to keep the dimensions small. For this purpose, in the longitudinal direction of the suction connection () the housing section () and the tube section () overlap each other and are connected to each other by a corrugated area () with at least one radial corrugation.

It is endeavored to ensure a good efficiency of the refrigerant compressor arrangement. For this purpose the carrier arrangement is deformed, before inserting the cylinder arrangement, by means of a calibration cylinder (), until the calibration cylinder () has a predetermined alignment, after which the calibration cylinder () is removed and replaced by the cylinder arrangement in the carrier arrangement ().

The invention concerns a linear compressor, particularly a refrigerant compressor, with a housing (') and a compression unit, which comprises a compressor with a piston and a cylinder as well as a linear motor driving the piston in relation to the cylinder along a movement axis, the compression unit () being connected to the housing () via a spring arrangement (). It is endeavoured to provide a space saving support of the compression unit () in the housing that enables good vibration suppression. For this purpose, the spring arrangement comprises a spring (), which is curved in the circumferential direction in relation to the movement axis (), said spring surrounding the compression unit (-) on at least a share of its circumference.

The invention concerns a refrigerant compressor arrangement with a compressor having a suction inlet, a casing, in which the compressor is located, a suction socket, which is in communication with the casing, a suction opening in the casing, which is connected with the suction socket, and a telescopic pipe, which is located between the suction inlet and the suction opening in the casing. It is endeavored to manufacture a refrigerant compressor arrangement in a cost-effective manner. For this purpose, the suction opening is surrounded by a drawing through in the casing wall, whose inner wall forms a sliding surface for the telescopic pipe.
