A measuring cell () for the infrared analysis of fluids, in particular a measuring cell () having a permissible operating pressure of more than 20 bar and preferably more than 50 bar, has a flow channel () for the fluid formed between first and second elements (). Each element is transparent to infrared radiation at least in some sections. The infrared radiation can be radiated into the flow channel () by the first element () and can exit the flow channel () by the second element (). The two elements () are connected to each other in a fluid-tight and mechanically high-strength manner by a connecting layer () arranged between them and made of a glass-containing material, in particular a sintered glass-ceramic material. An energy converting device, particularly for converting mechanical energy to hydraulic energy and from it into electrical energy, uses as an energy transport medium, a control fluid guided in two different control circuits. The control circuits have an operative connection to each other by a coupling device (). One control circuit () serves for feeding in energy, particularly in the form of mechanical energy. The other control circuit serves for discharging energy in the form of converted energy, particularly electrical energy.

Energy converting device

A valve device for a hydraulic circuit () divides the incoming volume flow into at least two pre-determined partial flows for supplying hydraulic consumers (V, V) of the circuit () and has at least one pressure balance () and at least one orifice. Since the orifice is embodied as a variable orifice () controllable by a proportional magnet (), the opening area of the orifice varies. A flow regulator is then realized and can switch the regulated volume flow and/or proportionally adjust the regulated volume flow in a defined manner.
