A compact vacuum interrupter has an insulator element, a moving contact connection, a fixed contact connection, a moving contact, and a fixed contact. The moving contact has a moving contact rod and a moving-contact contact element. The fixed contact has a fixed contact rod and a fixed-contact contact element. The moving contact is formed with a material that is mechanically stronger than a material of the fixed contact.

Compact vacuum interrupter

A vacuum interrupter has a cover base formed with an insertion opening for an axially movable moving contact rod carrying a moving contact. The moving contact rod is routed out of the vacuum interrupter in a vacuum-tight manner by way of a bellows. The bellows has a centering appendage which is formed by a tubular end piece of the bellows that runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bellows and is inserted into the insertion opening. The bellows moreover has a bellows base which is disposed on the centering appendage, runs substantially transversely to the longitudinal axis of the bellows, and is formed with a through-opening for the moving contact rod.

Vacuum interrupter

A vacuum interrupter includes at least one insulating body, a fixed contact, a fixed contact flange, a moving contact having a longitudinal axis of the moving contact, a moving contact flange, a moving contact bearing, and a bellows. The fixed contact is stationarily disposed in the fixed contact flange, the moving contact is moveably guided in the moving contact bearing and the moving contact is moveably secured to the moving contact flange by the bellows. The bellows is secured to the moving contact flange by a first bellows end and the bellows is secured to the moving contact by a second bellows end. An increased pressure resistance of the vacuum interrupter against ambient pressures over 1 bar is achieved by a sleeve which is secured to the moving contact against movements along the longitudinal axis of the moving contact, and which is guided through the moving contact bearing.

A shield element for a vacuum interrupter for installation between an electrically conductive wall element and an electrically insulating wall element of a vacuum interrupter includes a connection region, a shield inner region and a shield outer region. The shield outer region can be disposed outside of and the shield inner region can be disposed within the vacuum interrupter. The connection region has a first structure and a second structure which prevent the formation of mechanical stresses after soldering of the vacuum interrupter. A vacuum interrupter, a method for producing a shield element and a method for producing a vacuum interrupter are also provided.

Shield element for a vacuum interrupter

A vacuum interrupter tube contains at least one insulating body, a fixed contact, a fixed contact flange, a moving contact having a longitudinal axis, a moving contact flange, and a bellows. The fixed contact is stationarily arranged in the fixed contact flange. The moving contact is moveably guided and the moving contact is moveably secured to the moving contact flange by the bellows. The bellows is secured to the moving contact flange by a first bellows end and the bellows is secured to the moving contact by a second bellows end. Therein the vacuum interrupter tube is protected against the deformation of at least one of the fixed contact flange and the moving contact flange due to an ambient pressure of the vacuum interrupter tube of over two bar by a stiffened fixed contact flange and/or a stiffened moving contact flange.

Overpressure-resistant vacuum interrupter tube

A ceramic insulator for vacuum interrupters extends along a longitudinal extent and forms a cavity in said longitudinal extent. The cavity has a first opening on a first end of the longitudinal extent and a second opening on a second end of the longitudinal extent. The openings are designed so that they can be sealed in a gas-tight manner using appropriate connections. The sealed first opening is designed to guide at least one fixed contact into the cavity, and the sealed second opening is designed to guide at least one moving contact into the cavity. The ceramic insulator has, on an inner face of the cavity, one or multiple electrically conductive discharge path interrupters extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal extent of the ceramic insulator.

A switching contact, of a vacuum interrupter including support bodies, includes an additional support body which has the shape of a truncated cone or of a hollow truncated cone or of a partially hollow truncated cone. The additional support body is offset from a first location or region on the bottom of the contact carrier, located in the notional extension of the contact rod and inside the contact carrier, to a second location or region, located on the side of the contact plate facing the contact carrier and on the outer edge of the contact plate in relation to the first region.

A vacuum interrupter has a housing with at least a first metal flange through which a first connection pin extends into the vacuum interrupter in a vacuum-tight manner to a first contact. The housing has at least one insulating-material housing region formed by a disc-like insulator. A second connection pin extends into the vacuum interrupter in a vacuum-tight manner to a second contact. The vacuum interrupter can be produced in a cost-effective manner with a compact construction. There is also described a switch pole for a switching device having a vacuum interrupter.
