A disconnecting device for interrupting the direct current between a direct current source, in particular in the direct voltage range between 300 VDc and/or in the nominal current range between 4A and 250A, and a load. The device has at least one protection switch with a protection switch arrangement having a magnetic trigger, and has semiconductor electronics which are connected in parallel to the at least one protection switch and which block the current when the protection switch arrangement is in a current-conducting state and which conducts current at least temporarily when the protection switch arrangement is triggered. A current, in particular an electric arc current generated as a result of an electric arc, is switched, when the protection switch arrangement is triggered, from the at least one protection switch to the semiconductor electronics.

A mechatronic plug-in connector system having a main contact and an auxiliary contact which lags during an unplugging operation and with a semiconductor electronic which is series-connected to the auxiliary contact and is parallel-connected to the main contact for extinguishing an arc produced during the unplugging operation, wherein the semiconductor electronic has two series-connected semiconductor switches and an energy accumulator which is connected to the semiconductor switches and which for charging taps the arc voltage produced between the semiconductor switches during the unplugging operation. The invention further relates to a multiple plug system having at least two plug-in connectors each having a main contact and a lagging auxiliary contact and with a semiconductor electronic which is common to the plug-in connectors and is series-connected to each of the auxiliary contacts via a diode.

Mechatronic plug-in connector system

A disconnecting apparatus for direct current interruption between a direct current source and an electrical device, in particular between a photovoltaic generator and an inverter, has a current-conducting mechanical switching contact and semiconductor electronics connected in parallel with the switching contact. The semiconductor electronics are non-conducting when the switching contact is closed, wherein a control input of the semiconductor electronics is wired with the switching contact in such a way that, when the switching contact opens, an arc voltage generated as a result of an arc via the switching contact switches the semiconductor electronics to become conducting.
