A carrier for mounting to a motorcycle, the carrier for carrying a golf bag on the motorcycle, the motorcycle having passenger foot pegs. The carrier includes an elongated mounting frame member having an attachment means for attaching the mounting frame member to the motorcycle, a U shaped first support member attached to the mounting frame member so that the first support member extends laterally from the mounting frame member and a second U shaped elongated support member attached to the mounting frame member so that the second support member extends laterally from the mounting frame member, the second support member being spaced apart from the first support member so that when the mounting frame member is attached to a motorcycle the bottom of the U shaped portion of the first and second support members aligns with the passenger foot peg of the motorcycle so that when a golf bag is placed on the carrier, the golf bag is cradled in the U shaped portion of the first and second support members with the bottom of the golf bag resting on the passenger foot peg of the motorcycle.

The present invention relates to isolated DNA molecules encoding mammalian single strand gap response proteins involved in activation of a DNA repair/cell cycle checkpoint pathway. Expression systems and host cells containing those DNA molecules as well as the proteins themselves and antibodies raised against them are also disclosed. The DNA molecules, proteins, and antibodies can be used for diagnostic purposes, while the DNA molecules also have therapeutic utility. In addition, transgenic animals can be produced where the gene encoding a single strand gap response protein is disrupted or deleted. As a result, these animals are characterized by spontaneous tumor development.

The present invention relates to an isolated DNA molecule encoding human origin of recognition complex subunit 4 protein or polypeptide or human origin of recognition complex subunit 5 protein or polypeptide. Also disclosed is the isolated human origin of recognition complex subunit 4 protein or polypeptide or human origin of recognition complex subunit 5 protein or polypeptide. These materials can be used in identifying lead compounds for a pharmacological agent which are useful in diagnosing and treating disease associated with cell growth.
