A hydraulic accumulator, in particular in the form of a piston accumulator, has an accumulator housing () and a separating element () arranged in the housing. The separating element is in the form of a piston, which separates a fluid side () from a gas side (). At least the gas side () can be inspected, at least in part, by at least one sight glass () that is fixed in the accumulator housing ().

Hydraulic accumulator

A device for relieving pressure in hydraulic lines, in particular in connecting lines that have coupling points (), are located between attachments and include hydraulically actuated actuators and working implements supplying the attachments. A control block () is connected to the line to be relieved and includes an openable non-return valve () as a relief valve. A pressure accumulator () holds a relieving volume when the non-return valve is open. An actuating member () can be moved manually to open the non-return valve () and is arranged to be movable on the housing () of the pressure accumulator ().

Device for relieving pressure in hydraulics lines

A gas cylinder, in particular a high-pressure gas cylinder, includes a cylinder tube () having a piston rod () that is passed through a sealing arrangement () by which the gas pressure prevailing in the pressure chamber () of the cylinder tube () is sealed off against the ambient pressure. The sealing arrangement () has a compressed oil chamber () between a sealing element () adjacent to the pressure chamber () and another sealing element further away from the pressure chamber (). Oil can be pressed in the oil chamber by a supply device () at a pressure that is equal to or higher than the respective gas pressure prevailing in the pressure chamber () of the cylinder tube ().

Gas cylinder, in particular high-pressure gas cylinder

A device recovers energy in working machines with at least one power drive actuated to move a load mass back and forth and with an energy storage system () absorbing the energy released in the movement of the load mass in one direction and making it available for a subsequent movement in the other direction. The energy storage system includes an accumulator cylinder () mechanically coupled to the load mass and storing pneumatic pressure energy for movement in one direction. For movement in the other direction, the accumulator cylinder acts as an auxiliary working cylinder supporting the power drive and converting the stored pressure energy into driving force.

Device for recovering energy

A device () adjusts a media pressure relative to an ambient pressure defined by a depth-dependent sea water pressure during use of the device (). The sea water pressure acts on a compensator device () that permits a reversible change in length or elongation. At least two compensator elements () of the compensator device () are provided in series in the direction of the change in length or elongation.

A hydrostatic hybrid drive system for road vehicles includes a pump/motor unit () connected to the powertrain of the vehicle, controlled by a control unit () in a pump or motor operation, and connected to a high-pressure hydraulic accumulator via a first working line (). The first working line can be closed by a control valve () and connected to a low-pressure hydraulic accumulator via a second working line (). The high-pressure hydraulic accumulator and low-pressure hydraulic accumulator are formed by a double-piston accumulator (), in which a high-pressure side and a low-pressure side having respective accumulator pistons () are formed in an accumulator housing (). The fluid chambers () of the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side are separated by a central housing part () through which the common piston rod for both accumulator pistons () extends. The control unit () of the pump/motor unit () having a control area can be supplied from the first working line () via a line connection () provided on the first working line () between the pump/motor unit () and the control valve ().

Hydrostatic hybrid drive system

A hydrostatic drive system has a motor-driven hydraulic pump () connected to at least one hydraulic drive unit () by a first working line () and a second working line () forming a hydraulic circuit. The drive unit is connected to a gear set (). A first hydraulic accumulator () for accumulating pressure energy can be connected to one of the working lines (). A second hydraulic accumulator () can be connected to the other working line (). A valve device (V, V) permits the segment () of each working line (or) extending to the drive unit () to be separated to separate an accumulator part () from the part of the circuit with the hydraulic pump (). The accumulator part includes the hydraulic accumulators () and at least one drive unit.
