A stator including a ring having teeth with slots there between, and bridges of material each connecting two adjacent teeth at their base on the side of the air gap and defining the bottom of the slot between these teeth. The bridges of material each having at least one region of reduced magnetic permeability that is in the form of at least one localized narrowing formed by a groove or a localized crushing of the material, and/or at least one opening with the width l of the bridge of material, and/or at least one localized treatment in the with l of the bridge of material, which locally reduces the magnetic permeability of the bridge of material, and windings placed in the slots of the ring.

Stator for a rotating electrical machine

A stator including a ring having teeth and slots between said teeth that open radially outwards and material bridges, each linking two adjacent teeth to the respective base on the side of the air-gap, a yoke attached to the ring, and windings placed in the slots of the ring, at least some of the material bridges having at least on deformable zone that can be deformed during assembly of the yoke on the ring.

A rotor for a rotary electric machine, including: a stack of magnetic laminations each having openings, the superposition of these openings within the stack forming slots, at least some of the openings having, on at least part of their periphery, friction reliefs, electrically conducting bars made of a first material, received in at least part of the slots and coming to bear via at least one principal face against said reliefs.

A method for manufacturing a rotor of a rotary electric machine, including a stack of magnetic laminations defining the slots in which bars made from a first electrically conducting material are received, in which method a second electrically conducting material, different from the first, is injected using an injection machine, from the front of the laminations stack, the bars being held at their rear end against the pressure associated with the injection by a positioning tool that passes through a cavity used for forming a short-circuiting ring at the rear of the laminations stack.
