A metallised film includes at least one reflective layer () of printed metallised ink, wherein the layer () of printed metallised ink includes a hardened binder incorporating at least one charge of metallised particles exhibiting a reflective metallic appearance, and the charge of metallised particles includes particles in the general form of platelets exhibiting reflective faces, and wherein the layer () of printed metallised ink is applied in contact with a layer () exhibiting a surface tension greater than 40 dynes/cm and a smooth surface quality of specular reflection greater than 50%, measured in accordance with standard ISO 2813 with an angle of 60&#xb0;. A process for manufacturing this film is also described.

Metallised film and process for its manufacture

A method and a device for protecting text for reading (), arranged on at least one written face () of an object (). The object () is connected to at least one matching antenna (), produced by printing on a support () and having at least one electromagnetic coupling zone () with an individual antenna of smaller dimensions. At least one security film (), not provided with a matching antenna () but with at least one individual integrated antenna microcircuit called a microtransponder (), is applied to cover the text for reading () for which authentication information may be delivered using the microtransponder ().

Method and device for protecting text for reading

The invention concerns an anti-counterfeiting marker for providing variable entries () and for fixing them on a support () to be marked comprising: a sheet-like core () having at least a first colored effect (), visible when illuminated by a predetermined light, and on the reverse side of the core (), a brittle thickness () having a printing surface () designed to be damaged and peeled off the core () when scratched or erased in an attempt to counterfeit the variable entries (), and including at least a second coloured effect () visible on the side of the printing surface () at least when illuminated by said predetermined light, and designed, by combination with the first colored effect (), to produce a third colored effect (). The invention also concerns the method for using such a marker and to the resulting marked medium.

In producing a film by printing on a top sheet with non-glossy surface, a first glossy varnish imprint adheres on the surface. A second continuous imprint produced on the first, adheres neither on the top sheet nor on the varnish, and the film is completed. A glossy imprint is thus provided in the film external surface which is then applied on a document to protect it from being reproduced by optical scanning.

A process for producing protection product of a transferrable protective film for covering and protecting the surface of a document or another element, comprising providing a non-stick support sheet (1), at least one printing (2) of a polymerizable liquid mixture of a hydroxylated polyol and an isocyanate or polyisocyanate, for obtaining a thin transparent polyurethane film, covering said film with a transparent adhesive layer (3) and protecting said adhesive layer with a silicone protective sheet (4); the polyurethane film may be transferred without heat to the document to be protected in order to avoid falsification thereof and for protecting the document from external damaging elements.
