A control method implemented by a communication device. The control method includes: acquiring a current location and current capacities of a drone; selecting a destination point that can be reached by the drone according to the location and capacities thereof, the destination point being located in the coverage area of a point of access to a mobile communication network; and providing the drone with instructions specifying the destination point towards which the drone is to travel and communication operations to be carried out in connection with the mobile communication network. Once the instructions are obtained, the drone moves towards the destination point and performs the communication operation as soon as it reaches the destination point or as soon as the connection quality reaches a satisfying level.

A method for establishing a second communication according to a second modality on based on a first communication established according to a first modality between a communication terminal and an interactive server, the server reacting, according to a predefined logic, to commands received from the terminal, the logic being predefined by states and by conditions of transitions between the states. A method enables a plurality of users having communication terminals to communicate via a virtual communication space provided by a communication server on a communication network. The method includes configuring a server application so as to create a virtual communication space for a determined group of users. The virtual space provides a plurality of distinct communication modes referred to as 'activities', each activity relating to at least one associated multimedia content, referred to as 'activity content' that is shared by the users of the group. Each activity is performed by determined actions that can be triggered by any of the users of the group. The actions includes at least creating, modifying, or deleting a given activity content. Action requests relating to an activity under consideration and coming from the terminals of the users of the group are processed in a sequential manner in the order of their arrival.

A method for organizing a plurality of messages from an instant messaging conversation between a terminal and a conversational agent in which a message includes a grouping identifier. A method for interaction between a mobile terminal and a communicating automaton machine. The communicating automaton machine includes a conversational agent capable of exchanging messages with the terminal by using a first communication interface. The method includes obtaining a piece of information according to which the communicating automaton machine is in the vicinity of the terminal; inserting, in an address book of the terminal, an entry relating to the communicating automaton machine including at least the piece of information obtained; and sending at least one message capable of initializing an interaction between the terminal and the communicating automaton machine when the inserted address book entry is selected.

A presence state is determined for each user of the group. A method for locating a quality of service problem implemented on a terminal during a multi-media session between two terminals over a communication network, which includes at least one media gateway that is able to retransmit media data packets without particular processing according to a 'router mode' of management. The terminals obtain a first quality of service data item relating to the multi-media session.
