The invention relates to a wiper system for the front windscreens of motor vehicles. Said system comprises at least one wiper blade, which can be guided over the front windscreen () on a pivotable wiper arm (), at least one bearing part () that can be pivoted about an axis (), at least one fixing part () that can be connected to the bearing part () in a non-torsional manner and at least one single-axis articulation that connects the wiper arm () to the fixing part (). The position of the connection between the bearing part () and fixing part () lies in the vicinity of the axis () about which the bearing part () is pivoted.

Windshield wiper, especially for a motor vehicle

A windshield wiper device with fastening points (), by means of which the windshield wiper device is fastened to a body () of a motor vehicle. Until now windshield wiper systems were screwed or riveted to the vehicle body so that special tools and a relatively great amount of time are required. The aim of the invention is improving the windshield wiper device so that it can be mounted on the vehicle body more quickly and therefore more cost-effectively. As a result, according to the invention, at least one of the fastening points () can move towards the vehicle body () for mounting the windshield wiper device.

A sensor device for determining the degree of wetting and/or soiling of a pane in a motor vehicle is provided. The sensor device detects the coating of moisture on the outer side of the pane via an optical beam which is arranged in the area of the pane. A wiper installation structure has a wiper bearing which is guided and fastened in the preassembled state to form a part through a mounting opening of a motor vehicle. The wiper bearing is held in the mounting opening via a catch connection during fastening. The catch connection has at least one hook part fastened to the wiper bearing and held in a recess of the wiper bearing by a holding ring.
