A device for dispensing and receiving a liquid or semi-liquid product via a dosage chamber of a pump body. The device includes a piston which is fixably mounted in the pump body and is provided with an end sealingly engaged into the chamber. The piston end is provided with a membrane forming an intake valve allowing the introduction of the product in the dosage chamber and including at least one sealing peripheral lip in sliding contact with an inner wall of the dosage chamber. The device includes a connection element wholly within the pump body for connecting the piston to the pump body. The connection element is an independent part from the membrane and the pump body and is connected to a bottom part of the pump body over a conduit extending up from the bottom part of the pump body.

A pump for dispensing a liquid product, including a pump body and a dispensing head manually movable on the latter, the head including a cylinder forming a dosage chamber of the pump, slidingly mounted in the pump body, and a channel allowing the passage of the product or air from the dosage chamber towards an ejection orifice. The rod includes means for airtightly sealing the channel consisting of a peripheral shoulder capable of coming to a rest against a complementary sealing seat arranged in the cylinder, the opening of the channel being performed by separating the sealing seat from the cylinder opposite the shoulder of the rod after the rod reaching its stop early during the axial movement of the cylinder in the pump body.

The invention concerns a push-button nozzle for liquid or semi-liquid product dispenser, said dispenser comprising means for delivering the product under pressure which are mounted on the product container bottle and which comprise an ejection tube projecting outside. The invention is characterized in that said nozzle comprises a needle valve tightly closing the spraying orifice provided at the end of said nozzle, means for being fixed on the ejection tube and means for supplying products to a turbulence chamber located proximate said orifice.

Push-button nozzle for liquid product dispenser

A device for dispensing and receiving a liquid or semi-liquid product via a metering chamber of a pump body. The device includes a piston which is fixably mounted in the pump body and is provided with an end sealingly engaged into the chamber. The piston end is provided with an elastically deformable membrane put thereon. The membrane includes a transversal wall forming an input check valve which is provided with a central supply orifice sealingly closable by a protruded element forming the check valve seat on the end of the piston. The membrane includes a fixing cylindrical skirt which is provided with at least one sealing peripheral lip slidingly contacting the internal wall of the chamber. The skirt forms a valve when it is deformed by contact with a projection bearing by the internal wall of the chamber in such a way that the air compressed by the piston is released into the chamber by the pump priming.

The invention is a pump for dispensing liquid or semi-liquid product, designed and intended to be used in particular in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic field. The pump has a needle valve and a dispensing head manually movable on a pump housing between an inactive position and a dispensing position. The head includes a first cylinder forming a metering chamber for the pump, which draws in fluid from a container's reservoir by an intake tube and a check valve. A piston sealingly secured to the metering chamber pushes fluid through a passage into a second dosage chamber that is sealed from the dispensing orifice by a biased needle valve that is biased by a spring that is sealingly isolated from the second dosage chamber, the chamber that holds the elastic spring has a conduit that allows a user to test and verify that the second dosage chamber does not leak.
