The invention relates to a bag () made of a flexible wall, which bag is fitted with an inlet fluid line for introducing dissolution water, and with an outlet fluid line () for extracting a solution obtained. According to the invention, the inside of the bag has a lower edge () in the overall shape of a V, the point of the V being further away from the centre of the bag than the arms of the V, the outlet fluid line opening into the bag as close as possible to the point of the V.

Bag for solid concentrate

The invention relates to a connector () constituted by: base provided with a tubular wall () closed by a bottom wall () provided with at least one through-opening (); a membrane provided with a flexible wall () having a central opening, a tubing () placed in the opening of the flexible wall; sealing means for preventing a liquid from leaving the connector through the tubing. The base and the membrane are fixed to each other in a liquid-tight manner. The flexible wall allows axial displacement of the tubing so that it can be moved between a closed position, in which a liquid cannot leave the connector through the conduit of the tubing, and an open position, in which a liquid from can leave the connector through the tubing. Retaining means () maintain the tubing () closed with a force that can be overcome manually to open it.

A container includes a dry concentrate designed such that the dry concentrate forms an acid liquid concentrate, or a part of an acid liquid concentrate, which is suitable for manufacturing a dialysis solution, on the dissolution of the dry concentrate in a liquid, preferably in water.

A self standing bag having two side wall sheets and a bottom sheet. To flatten the bag, the bottom sheet is sandwiched between the two side wall sheets and symmetrically folded along a line parallel to its bottom edge, separating the bag into a four-layer part and a two-layer part. In the two-layer part, the bag includes first sloped sealing lines extending between a first two points on the top edges of the side wall sheets and spaced from the vertical side wall edges by a first distance, to a second two points spaced from the vertical edges of the side wall sheets by a second distance less than the first distance. The four-layer part includes second sloped sealing lines extending between the second two points and a third two points on the bottom edges of the side wall sheets.

Container filled with a liquid concentrate for making dialysate

An insert for a receptacle intended to contain a concentrated product in solid or liquid form includes a main part () formed by a base () extended on the edge by a wall () perpendicular to the base, with an opening () formed in the base. A receptacle with such an insert is also provided. In order to enable emptying the receptacle entirely without leaving dead spaces in which the products to be solubilized may accumulate, the face of the base () intended to be in the receptacle after assembly is concave at the opening, so that the opening is at the bottom of a trough (). This avoids corners in which the liquid would not circulate sufficiently, and prevents solid product from accumulating elsewhere than in the trough, so that it is always subjected to the flow of liquid.

Insert for receptacle containing solid products to be dissolved

This invention relates to a container having at least one inlet and/or outlet and containing at least two different solids arranged in layers as well as the use of said container for preparing a dialysate. In particular, a flexible bag is described, having three layers of different solids, where the middle layer consists of a solid which is compatible with the two adjacent layers and thus forms a separating layer between the two other layers. The layers are secured in place during shipping by vacuum packing.
