A latch for a motor vehicle includes a bolt, a pawl, and a striker. The bolt is movable in rotation about a bolt axis. The pawl is movable in rotation about a pawl axis. The latch is configured to move between a partially closed position, a totally closed position, and an open position. In the partially closed position, the pawl abuts against the bolt on a first hooking point of the pawl and the striker is trapped by the bolt. In the totally closed position, the pawl abuts against the bolt on a second hooking point of the pawl, distinct from the first hooking point of the pawl, and the striker is trapped by the bolt. In the open position, the striker is released from the bolt.

Latch for a motor vehicle door leaf

A locking mechanism of a door leaf of a motor vehicle includes a latch, an electric actuator, and a transmission arrangement. The latch includes a pawl and a bolt configured to cooperate in such a manner to allow the locking or unlocking of the door leaf. The transmission arrangement is configured to transmit a movement of the electric actuator to the bolt in order to displace the bolt of the latch between an unlocking position in which the bolt is released from the pawl and a locking position in which the bolt is blocked by the pawl. The transmission arrangement includes a downstream transmission member configured to transmit a movement to the bolt, an upstream transmission member configured to transmit a movement of the actuator to the downstream transmission member; and a blocking member movable relative to the downstream transmission member and/or the upstream transmission member.

Electric locking mechanism of a door leaf comprising a mechanical backup function

A sheath end piece of a connecting element that connects two vehicle door opening devices includes a base, a mounting element, and a dismounting element. The connecting element includes a cable which is partially covered with a sheath. The base is mounted on an end portion of the sheath and includes a fastening interface to permit the mounting and dismounting of the connecting element on one of the two door opening devices. The mounting element permits exerting a pressure on the fastening interface so as to permit the mounting of the connecting element. The dismounting element permits exerting a traction on the fastening interface so as to permit the dismounting of the connecting element. At least one of the mounting element and the dismounting element protrudes from the base.

Sheath end piece for vehicle opening cable

A partial-opening system for a motor vehicle opening leaf includes an actuator having a fixed frame mounted on the opening leaf and an actuating element moveable between a retracted position in which the opening leaf is in a closed position, and a deployed position in which a free end of the actuating element is adapted to bear on the central pillar in order to partially open the opening leaf. The system further includes a device for retaining the opening leaf having a retaining end-piece arranged at the free end of the actuating element of the actuator and a retaining element adapted to be mounted on the central pillar of the vehicle, the retaining device adapted to maintain the opening leaf in its retracted position and to release the opening leaf in the case of an opening action on the opening leaf on the part of the user.
