The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a vacuum insulated glazing wherein the glazing is assembled in a single stage by supplying glass panes, metallic spacers and corner and frame metallic seal elements which are brazed onto adhesion layers previously deposited onto the edge region areas of the glass panes.

Process for manufacturing insulating glazing

A floor-to-ceiling window for a building, the window including insulating glazing units having transparent vertical elements when the glazing units adjoin each other. The joints between the glazing units allow for a slight relative movement between glazing units while ensuring sealing tightness of the window from wind and weather.

The invention concerns a glazing panel comprising first () and second () glass sheets linked together via at least one spacer () which holds them a certain distance apart from one another and, between said glass sheets (), an inner space () comprising at least one first cavity (), in which there is a vacuum of less than 100 mbar and which is closed by a peripheral seal disposed at the periphery of the glass sheets, around said inner space (), the seal () being a metal seal rigidly connected respectively to the first and second glass sheets. Glazing panel comprising glass sheets linked together via spacers and corresponding production method

The invention relates to a spacer () to be sandwiched between first and second glass sheets () of a vacuum glazing panel, such as to maintain a first space between the glass sheets, which space forms a first cavity () under a vacuum of less than 1 mbar, a sealing joint () being positioned on the periphery of the glass sheets enclosing the first cavity. According to the invention, one such spacer () comprises cold-worked austenitic stainless steel.

The Present invention relates to a method for manufacturing at least one portion of a seal ensuring gas-tightness between at least one first and one second glass panel in a glazing system, the method including the following steps: depositing a first adhesive layer on a first peripheral area of the first panel and a second adhesive layer on a second peripheral area of the second panel; welding a first metal seal element to the first adhesive layer; welding a second metal seal element or said first metal seal element to the second adhesive layer. According to the invention, the first and second adhesive layers are deposited using a high speed oxy-fuel flame-spraying method.

Method for manufacturing insulating glazing

The invention relates to an insulating double glazing comprising a sheet of glass which has on the face () an assembly of layers known as low-emissivity layers, produced by sputtering and comprising at least one infrared-reflecting metallic layer, the other glass sheet comprising on the face () one or more metal oxide layers deposited by gas pyrolysis, the space located between the sheets being sealed and filled with insulating gas composed of krypton for at least 86% by volume and at most 5% of air, this glazing having a light transmission which is no less than 60% (for thicknesses of the clear glass sheets of 4 mm), wherein said metal oxide layers comprising a doped tin oxide layer having haze of less than 0.3%, Rof less than 10 nm, and thickness of not less than 200 nm.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing at least one portion of a seal ensuring gas-tightness between at least one first and one second glass panel in a glazing system, the method including the following steps: depositing a first adhesive layer on a first peripheral area of the first panel and a second adhesive layer on a second peripheral area of the second panel; welding a first metal seal element to the first adhesive layer; welding a second metal seal element or said first metal seal element to the second adhesive layer. According to the invention, the first and second adhesive layers are deposited using a high-speed oxy-fuel flame-spraying method.
