The invention relates to a heat exchanger tube produced by bending a metal strip (), characterized in that said strip () has a thickness that can vary between at least one first thickness (e) and at least one second thickness (e) greater than said first thickness (e), and in that said tube has thinned first zones (Z1) and reinforced second zones (Z2) located at the points of greatest mechanical stress, said first zones (Z1) being formed by first portions (P1) of said strip of first thickness (e) and said reinforced second zones (Z2) being formed by second portions (P2) of said strip () of second thickness (e). The invention also relates to a heat exchanger comprising a core bundle of such tubes, and to a method of obtaining such a tube.

Heat exchanger tube, and corresponding heat exchanger production method

Header for a heat exchanger and resulting heat exchanger are disclosed. The tubular header is of the type which can receive at least one connecting flange () with an internal fluid passage (), and is composed of: a header plate () with a longitudinally open wall, provided with slots intended to receive parallel fluid flow tubes; and a cover () which, after assembly, closes a longitudinal opening of said header plate, the wall of this cover having at least one external collar () delimiting a hole for the flow of fluid (), said connecting flange () being attached to said cover () and being configured in such a way that it can be crimped onto the header (), thereby bringing the internal passage () into fluid communication with the hole () in said collar. Advantageously, said collar () has a wall thickness () which is reduced relative to that of said cover () from which the collar extends, thereby maximizing the cross section of said hole () for the flow of fluid toward the internal passage () of said flange.

Heat exchanger manifold and a heat exchanger equipped with such a manifold

The invention relates to an assembly of two parts crimped together by folding at least one portion of peripheral edge () of one so-called first part () over the other so-called second part (). Said first part () has a hinge-forming region facilitating the folding of said portion of peripheral edge (). The invention also relates to a manifold comprising said assembly and a heat exchanger comprising said manifold.
