A turbine engine blade having an aerodynamic surface extending a first direction between a leading edge and a trailing edge and in a second direction, perpendicular to the first direction, between a root of the blade and a tip of the blade, the aerodynamic surface being made of a fiber-reinforced organic matrix composite material, and a metallic structural reinforcement bonded by an adhesive joint to the leading edge whose shape it follows and which has over its entire height a substantially V-shaped section with a base extended by two lateral flanks having a thinned profile at free ends directed toward the trailing edge, the adhesive joint being locally supplemented below the free ends of the lateral flanks by an elastomeric polymer introduced in the form of solid particles into the adhesive joint and adhered to the aerodynamic surface and/or the free ends of the lateral flanks during a polymerization phase.

A turbine machine blade has an aerodynamic surface that is made of organic matrix composite material reinforced by fibers and metal structural reinforcement that is adhesively bonded by an epoxy adhesive bond on the leading edge, which is of matching shape, and that presents along its entire height a section that is substantially V-shaped with a base extended by two lateral flanks of respective profiles that become thinner at free ends going towards the trailing edge. In order to increase the toughness of the epoxy adhesive bond in the event of the epoxy adhesive bond cracking, the epoxy adhesive bond includes a reinforcing sheet of elastomeric polymer enabling the reinforcing sheet to be torn into two portions, the elastomeric polymer having the following properties at 23&#xb0; C.: Young's modulus E&#x2248;10 MPa; stress at rupture &#x3c3;&#x3e;10 MPa; strain at rupture &#x3b5;&#x3e;80%.

A device applies a coating to a surface of an turbomachine annular casing, wherein the casing has an abradable layer obtained by polymerising a resin. The device includes first support means and, optionally, second automated means movable relative to the first support means. The automated means includes means for depositing said resin on the surface of the casing. The automated means further includes means for spreading the resin on the surface of the casing, and means for unwinding a plastic film that is intended to be interposed between said spreading means and the resin.
