To be able to connect an RFID transponder chip module which has not only a transponder chip but also conductive, preferably metal or metallized connection feet, as easily as possible and particularly without the risk of soiling to the antenna wires of a tag strip, which are fitted in or on a textile material, the connection feet of the transponder chip module are designed with an activatable connecting for electrical and mechanical connection to the antenna wires. The connecting feet are in the form of strip-like extension elements on both sides of the RFID transponder chip, wherein the connection feet are respectively arranged at that end of the extension elements which is remote from the RFID transponder chip. The connection feet are formed with an activatable connecting for the purpose of electrical and mechanical connection to the electrical conductors.

The loom, in particular a ribbon loom, has at least one electrically-driven thread transport device for the weft threads for processing at least one thread or a group of threads over at least the distance between two lengths of weft. It also contains a fabric outlet for the woven fabrics and an electronic control device for controlling the loom based on a pattern program for the woven fabrics to be produced. The loom can be better adjusted to the woven fabrics to be produced, in other words to the pattern and the thread material used, if the control device has control means for adjusting automatically at the thread transport device the feed length of the thread to be delivered according to the data predefined in the pattern program, the fabric outlet, and the width of the woven fabrics to be produced.

In order to improve an RFID tag, the same is provided with a textile layer that is subdivided into two sections along a folding line. The first section is embodied as a design tag while the second section is folded over the first section, is configured as a transponder tag, and comprises an incorporated or applied antenna that is connected to a chip.

A needle webbing machine which comprises two weft needles () which work simultaneously and in opposite directions on both ribbon sides, in addition to knitting needles () which are arranged on both ribbon sides. A yarn lifter () which works individually and which is used to advance a weft thread () to a weft needle (), which is open, is provided on each side of the ribbon in order to improve the production thereof.

Disclosed is a knitting machine comprising knitting needles, at least one weft bar () for laying at least one weft thread () across the knitting needles, an electrically driven thread feeder () for the weft thread, a take-down device () for the textile material (), and an electronic device () for controlling the knitting machine based on a pattern program for the textile material () that is to be produced. In order to improve the production process and the textile material, said control device () is provided with control means for adjusting the feeding length of the weft thread () that is to be delivered according to the traveling distance of the weft bar (), which is predefined by the pattern program.

The invention relates to a method for producing patterned textile labels during which a production machine, which is controlled by a pattern device (), provides labels (E.sub.to E.sub.N)with a pattern (M), which is the same for all labels, and with pattern sections (T.sub.to T.sub.N) that are different from one another. In order to improve production, a virtual label (V) is created from N individual labels E.sub.to E.sub.N)which are distributed over the width (B) and the length (L) of the virtual label (V) and which have N individual pattern sections (T.sub.to T.sub.N) that are different from one another, and then virtual label (V) is then divided into individual labels (E.sub.to E.sub.N).

Method and installation for producing patterned textile labels

The invention relates to a textile strip comprising an integrated antenna thread for an RF transponder. The aim of the invention is to produce a textile strip in a simple, flexible manner and to avoid the risk of short-circuits. To achieve this, the strip is configured from a base textile () that is produced on a needle loom. The antenna thread () is laid on the base textile in an undulating or zigzag form during the production of said textile, the distance between the limbs () of an antenna thread loop and at least one edge () of the strip being two weft threads.

A guidance element () is arranged on the side of the arm () facing away from the guide piece () in order to improve the guiding of a weft thread loop, extending over only a section of the length of the arm, starting from the vicinity of the hook (), whereby the guidance element () forms a diverter point () in the region away from the hook (), for diverting the free flare () of the weft thread loop ().

The invention relates to a loom comprising a warp thread tensioning device and a shedding device (), which comprises pre-tensioned warp threads () in a first shedding position (F). The loom also comprises a lifting device (), which can be driven in an oscillating manner, and followers () for the warp threads (), in addition to control means () that can be operated by actuators () in order to selectively engage the warp threads () in the followers () and that displace the warp threads () into a second shedding position (F). To simplify said loom, a second lifting device (), which is common to all warp threads (), is provided in order to displace said warp threads () from the first shedding position (F) into a selection position (F), in which the first lifting device () is active, and in order to displace non-selected warp threads in unison into the first shedding position (F) by the pre-tensioning of said warp threads ().

The scarf has colors and/or patterns which are formed by weft threads their inserted spaced-out between warped threads of the same color. A patterned fabric having warp threads and weft threads that form an illustration. The weft threads are arranged to form a threaded group and, together with at least one warp thread, form a cell. The weft threaded are tied off in the cell by the warp thread so that the cell has a defined color impression. The cell has weaves formed irregularly in a warp direction and a weft direction by at least two of the warp threads and two of the weft threads without periodic repetition.

Patterned fabric and a method for the production thereof

A device for producing at least two tubular belt bands that are turned inside out, where each of the belt bands has two fabric layers on top of one another and connected to each other in a longitudinal direction by woven hems to form a cavity. Warp threads of the layers have a uniform warp thread density over an entire length of the belt bands. The device includes a power loom having a shedding mechanism with a reed with parallel dents, a weft insertion device extending over an entire width of the power loom, a control unit for controlling the shedding mechanism, and an expander extending over the entire width of the power loom.
