Also disclosed are immunoconjugates comprising the antibodies conjugated or linked to a growth-inhibitory agent, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies or immunoconjugates of the invention. The antibodies or immunoconjugates are used for the treatment of cancer or for diagnostic purposes.
