A prosthetic assembly for repairing a target tissue defect within a target vessel region configured includes an exclusion structure sized to substantially bypass target tissue defect, and includes a branch assembly. The branch assembly can include a self-expanding outer branch prosthesis having an inflow region configured to deform to a non-circular cross-sectional-shape when deployed, and a support structure at least partially disposed within the inflow region. The support structure preserves blood flow to the branch vessel while the deformed inflow region inhibits blood leakage between and/or around the prosthetic assembly.

Endoluminal prosthetic assemblies, and associated systems and methods for percutaneous repair of a vascular tissue defect

A catheter having a distal balloon and a deformable guidewire shaft of the catheter. The deformable guidewire shaft is adjacent to and external to the balloon. Inflation of the balloon bends the deformable guidewire shaft in order to orient or deflect a distal tip of the deformable guidewire shaft in a desired direction to guide and direct a guidewire extending through the deformable guidewire shaft towards a specific endovascular region. For example, it may be desired to orient the distal tip of the guidewire shaft towards a target vessel of a bifurcation or the balloon catheter may be used to bypass a Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO).

A scoring balloon catheter includes a scoring balloon, a distal control balloon positioned distal of the scoring balloon, a proximal control balloon positioned proximal of the scoring balloon, and a scoring element coupled to the proximal and distal control balloons. The scoring balloon is configured to expand radially and contact the scoring element.

True lumen reentry devices and methods useable for redirecting a guidewire from a subintimal tract within a wall of a blood vessel into the true lumen of the blood vessel. A reentry catheter device comprises a main catheter shaft having at least one guidewire outlet aperture with at least one side tube located on a distal portion of the main catheter shaft. The side tube(s) is/are tracked over initially inserted guidewire(s) to advance a distal portion of the reentry catheter device into the subintimal tract with a guidewire.

Side lumen reentry catheters and related methods

Neuromodulation cryotherapeutic devices and associated systems and methods are disclosed herein. A cryotherapeutic device configured in accordance with a particular embodiment of the present technology can include an elongated shaft having distal portion and a supply lumen along at least a portion of the shaft. The shaft can be configured to locate the distal portion intravascularly at a treatment site proximate a renal artery or renal ostium. The supply lumen can be configured to receive a liquid refrigerant. The cryotherapeutic device can further include a cooling assembly at the distal portion of the shaft. The cooling assembly can include an applicator in fluid communication with the supply lumen and configured to deliver cryotherapeutic cooling to nerves proximate the target site when the cooling assembly is in a deployed state.
