An assembly support has a supporting element which is connected to the vehicle body and has an upper shell with a connected closing plate, and reinforcing bars are arranged in the region of fastening openings between the upper shell and the closing plate. A bridge support is connected to the supporting element, the bridge support is held with free limb ends in bearing eyes of the supporting element, and a bearing spindle for a transmission bearing being arranged between the bearing eyes.

Assembly support for a motor vehicle transmission

A bearing for a shock absorber element of a motor vehicle via an elastomer element on a vehicle body is provided, whereby the bearing consists of a cover and a bearing plate to be mounted on the vehicle. The elastomer element is accommodated in a recess in the bearing plate. To create a bearing for a shock absorber element of a motor vehicle that is simple to manufacture and install, the elastomer element is arranged in a housing configured as a bearing plate and sealed by a cover. The cover is configured so that, in the installed state of the bearing plate, it is supported on the vehicle body. In the uninstalled state, however, the cover sits loosely on the bearing plate and the elastomer element, so that the elastomer element is essentially not under any prestress.

Bearing for a shock absorber element of a motor vehicle

A stabilizer arrangement for a motor vehicle has a torsion bar with two bar parts with first ends which can each be connected with a wheel suspension of a wheel axle having two wheels. The stabilizer arrangement, in addition, has a clutch with first and second clutch elements. The clutch form-lockingly connects or separates two second ends of the bar parts situated adjacent to one another. For a form-locking connection, each clutch element has at least two form closure elements. When the clutch is separated, each clutch element can be rotated relative to the other. The stabilizer arrangement also has an operating device for the separation of the clutch. In order to simplify the operating device of the clutch, the form closure elements of the first or second clutch element form engaging elements movably linked thereto. For a separation of the clutch, the engaging elements are movable independently of one another. The elements are displaceable independently of one another by the operating device.

Stabilizer arrangement for a motor vehicle

A bearing for a spring strut as well as for a coil spring of the spring strut is provided by way of spring supports which rest against supporting elements and are held in a mutually non-rotatable manner by twist fixations. The spring elements are constructed such that the same stiffnesses are formed over the circumference of the spring winding even though the twist fixation is provided. Furthermore, a spring plate of the lower bearing of the spring is provided. The spring plate is adjustably arranged on the shock absorber tube, and thus springs which have different lengths can be used.

A central bearing for a bow-shaped rear axle of a motor vehicle is formed of three elastic elements. One central elastic element is arranged directly on a bearing axis support and is pressed by a bearing sleeve. Two additional exterior elastic elements are connected with this bearing sleeve and are supported on a bearing disk which is held on the bearing axis support by a press fit.

A central bearing for a rear axle of a motor vehicle consists of a U-shaped stirrup with whose free leg ends wheels are connected by receptacles. The central bearing consists of two elastic bearing elements fitted together, with a bearing axle located parallel to the crossbar of the rear axle stirrup. The bearing elements are held together by an annular stirrup and contained in a sleeve that is connected with a bearing bracket that can be fastened to the rear axle stirrup.

A pivot bearing unit consists of at least one support comprising two shell parts for receiving individually insertable steering links. The support includes a section with the shell parts abutting one another and forming a bearing for a damping strut. The shell parts include a further pair of respective abutting surfaces which form a bearing support for a brake caliper. The shell parts also have respective spaced apart sections for supporting a central pin, which in turn accommodates a brake disc and wheel.

Pivot bearing unit for a vehicle wheel assembly

A bearing assembly is disclosed for supporting a coil spring, for example for an automobile suspension system. The bearing assembly includes an elastic support having a sloped spring supporting surface corresponding to the pitch of the spring. At the side opposite the spring, the elastic support is supported by a distance element. The distance element and elastic support are geometrically configured so that a uniform axial length of the elastic support member is disposed between the spring and the distance element over a substantial circumference of the coil spring. In certain embodiments, recesses are formed in the elastic support member for engaging with cams at the distance element, with the ends of the cams and the bottoms of the recesses dimensioned so that there is a constant height of the elastic support between the spring and the distance element. In other embodiments, continuous sloped surfaces are provided in both the distance element and the elastic support, again with a constant axial length of elastic support over a substantial portion of the circumference of the coil spring.

Bearing for a spring strut of a motor vehicle

A motor vehicle spring strut has a separate support on the vehicle body for a coil spring and a shock absorber. The coil spring is supported on a spring pocket held on the body side, and the shock absorber is supported in a vehicle-body-side elastic bearing element. The spring pocket is connected with a stop element by an elastic decoupling member forming a constructional unit and, with the bearing element, is exchangeably fastened to a dome of the vehicle body by screws. This configuration makes the constructional unit and the bearing element exchangeable with respect to the spring strut.

Motor vehicle spring strut

A rear axle suspension for a motor vehicle with a wheel guide member retained directly at the wheel carrier which includes a first wheel-outer guide arm and a second wheel-inner guide arm. Both guide arms are pivotally connected at the vehicle body by way of elastic joints, whereby one joint of the first guide arm is constructed yielding longitudinally and together with the further elastic joint of the second guide arm forms an approximately transversely extending guide rotary axis and an imaginary wheel guide pole to the rear of the axis of rotation of the wheel and outside of the track width. The wheel guide member includes a spring strut connected with the guide body by way of a wheel-adjusting device which is constructed as part of a wheel inner guide member and is positioned obliquely to the vehicle longitudinal center axis. The spring strut has as part of the wheel inner guide member a smaller length than an adjoining rigid guide member part of the guide member. The spring strut is constructed to be elastically deflectable and retains the wheel-outer guide arm constructed in one piece with the guide body displaceable within limits by way of the control bearing support on the body side.
