Method and apparatus for allowing the changing of security values and consent data is provided. The security values allow for dynamically changing the security level and ease of access associated with performing specific transactions on specific accounts. The consent data may be pushed or pulled and when stored, may be used for future transactions, of both the same or a different type. The changing of security levels and consent data may be accomplished over the internet using mobile devices over both secure and non-secure networks.

Document orchestration system for processing digital consent information

A method for enhancing customer authentication and consent for finalizing an offer to a customer of a product and/or a service is provided. The method may include using a first receiver to receive an authentication request from an initiator. The authentication request may include a customer name and a customer phone number. The method may also include using a first processor to generate a pin number and transmit the pin number to the customer phone number. The pin number may include an identifier associated with the product and/or service. The method may further include using a second receiver, included in a mobile phone, to receive the pin number, and using a second processor, included on the mobile phone, to authenticate the pin number. The authentication may include verifying a match between the customer phone number and a mobile phone number associated with the mobile phone.

Dynamic digital consent

Systems and methods leverage metadata to pin a digital consent to a particular customer. Metadata may include any information known about the customer. The systems and methods correlate the metadata with metadata gathered during the consent process. Metadata gathered during the consent process may include mobile phone profiles, biometrics, social-media attributes, etc. The systems and methods may utilize metadata to authenticate contemporaneously with obtaining consent. A browser-based tool may enable customers to use their mobile device to 'sign' for their consent by clicking yes/no or other electronic selection. Such a tool may tie a customer's 'consent' to their respective Party ID. This enables and preserves an after-the-fact record the customer has received, and consented to, the proper disclosures. The customer may receive a one-time authorization code transmitted to their mobile device which they enter into the website to ensure that this is truly their device while they provide consent.

Frictionless hardening of digital consent

Method and apparatus for a system to harden digital consents. The system uses an evaluation of geographic locations, transaction times, and device identities to control the upload of consent data. Evaluations occur using numerous techniques including MAC address evaluation, IP address evaluation, meta-data evaluation, and physical location of restricted equipment such as ATMs and kiosks. Reliability of consent data entered into the system may be enhanced by strictly evaluating geographic locations, transaction times, and/or device identities.
