An induction charging device for an electrically operated vehicle may include a sub-surface protection, a shield element, and an induction charging module. The shield element may include a recess. The sub-surface protection may include a receiving area. The recess and the receiving area may define an insertion area in which the induction charging module is arranged.

Inductive charging system with modular underground protection

An inductive charging device may include a charging assembly with at least one induction coil and at least one magnet plate, which may be ferrimagnetic or ferromagnetic at least on some regions, and an emission protection assembly fastened to the charging assembly, with a metal shielding plate, in order to shield field emissions arising during an inductive charging process. The emission protection assembly may have an active cooling assembly lying against the metal shielding plate so as to allow heat transfer and fastened thereto. The cooling assembly may have: at least one boundary insert lying against the metal shielding plate, by which a cooling region of the cooling assembly may be delimited; at least one channel structure insert lying against the metal shielding plate in the cooling region, through which a channel structure for a cooling medium may be provided; and a cooling cover, fastened to the boundary insert in a fluid-tight manner, in order to cover the cooling assembly.

Inductive charging device

The invention relates to a heat exchanger, particularly for a motor vehicle, comprising a first component with a first duct, a second component with a second duct and a thermoelectric element for generating a heat flow, wherein a first fluid of a first fluid circuit can be caused to flow through the first duct to control the temperature of a first external component, wherein a second fluid of a second fluid circuit can be caused to flow through the second duct, which is fluidically separated from the first duct, to control the temperature of a second external component, and wherein the at least one thermoelectric element is arranged between the first and second components, contacting same thermally.

Heat exchanger, particularly for a motor vehicle

The application relates to thermoelectric temperature control units, for example for controlling the temperature of an energy storage device in a motor vehicle. An exemplary embodiment comprises a Peltier element, having a first and a second surface, wherein the second surface is substantially adjacent or opposite to the first. The first surface is connected in a thermally conductive manner to a first and/or second flow duct, through which a fluid can flow. The second surface is connected in a thermally conductive manner to a heat-producing element, wherein the first flow duct is in fluid communication at one of the ends thereof with a first header, and the second flow duct is in fluid communication at one of the ends thereof with a second header, and the first flow duct and the second flow duct are in fluid communication at the respective second ends thereof with a common reversing header.

Thermoelectric temperature control unit

A thermoelectric temperature control unit having at least one first Peltier element, which includes a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface is disposed adjoining or opposite the second surface, wherein the first surface of the Peltier element is connected to a first cover plate and the second surface is connected to a second cover plate, wherein heat can be supplied at least via one of the cover plates and dissipated via the other cover plate, wherein at least one of the cover plates has a variable material thickness along one or both of the extension directions thereof, whereby at least one region having a maximal material thickness and one region having a minimal material thickness are formed.

A thermoelectric temperature control unit with a first Peltier element and a second Peltier element, each of which has a first surface and a second surface, whereby the first surface is arranged adjacent or opposite to the second surface, whereby the Peltier elements are each connected with the first surface to a first cover plate and are connected with the respective second surface to a second cover plate, whereby heat can be supplied at least via one of the cover plates and heat can be removed via the other cover plate, whereby the first and/or the second cover plate have an expansion joint and/or a spring structure.

A heat exchanger is provided having a tube block having a plurality of essentially parallel tubes for carrying a temperature control fluid, wherein at least the ends of the tubes are connected to one another. In addition, the heat exchanger comprises at least one header box that is designed to receive a temperature control fluid from the tubes, wherein the at least one header box has an inside height that corresponds within a tolerance range to the height of the ends of the tubes and wherein the header box is placed over the ends of the tubes and is joined thereto in a material-to-material fashion.

Heat exchanger and method for manufacturing a heat exchanger

A method for connecting two components in a fluid-tight manner for producing a fluid-tight unit is provided. The method includes a step of providing at least one first component that is solder-plated on one side, wherein the first component has a cutting burr on a side facing away from the solder-plated surface. The method further includes a step of connecting, in particular soldering, the first component to a second component in a fluid-tight manner, in order to produce the fluid-tight unit, wherein the solder-plated surface of the first component faces the second component when connecting the first and second components in a fluid-tight manner.

Method for a fluid-tight connection of two components for producing a fluid-tight cooling unit

A device for restraining an energy store is provided that includes one or more cells disposed between a first side of the energy store and a second side of the energy store vertically opposite to the first side. The device has at least one first mounting device designed for transferring a first clamping force acting in the direction of the second side to the first side of the energy store, and at least one second mounting device designed for transferring a second clamping force acting in the direction of the first side to the second side o the energy store, and at least one elastic clamping device designed for providing the first and second clamping forces and further designed for adapting a distance between the at least one first mounting device and the at least one second mounting device to a permissible distance between the first and the second side.
