A refillable cosmetic product container device. The casing is configured to receive a refill configured to contain the cosmetic product. The casing includes an opening forming a casing neck and is configured to receive the refill in a reception volume defined by an inside wall of the casing. The casing further includes a ring connected to the neck, the ring at least partly covering a portion of the inside wall of the casing forming the neck. The ring includes an inside surface connected to a member of elastomer material which is at least partly in relief relative to the inside surface of the ring. The casing thus formed can hold a refill in the reception volume, by virtue of the members in relief of elastomer material formed on the inside surface of the ring. The invention also relates to a cosmetic product container device that includes such a casing and a refill.

Dispensing device for a cosmetic product stored in heterogeneous form including solid elements in suspension. The device includes a reservoir, a dispensing tip, a guide duct for transporting the product between the reservoir and the dispensing tip, and a product flow inducer configured to cause product flow from the reservoir to the dispensing tip. The guide duct includes a solid elements rupture configured to rupture the solid elements. The solid elements rupture includes a first stage at an exit from the reservoir forming a first portion of the guide duct and includes a changing transverse cross-section that has, at the exit, edges projecting within the guide duct. A second stage, near the dispensing tip, forms a second portion of the guide duct having a progressing cross-sectional restriction. The invention also relates to an assembly that includes such device and a cosmetic or care product that includes solid elements in suspension.

Device for dispensing and applying a liquid, semi-fluid, or pasty cosmetic or care product having an elongate and hollow rotary body and an elongate and hollow outer shaft butted together and rotatable one to the other, an applicator endpiece secured to the end of the rotary body, the rotary body and outer shaft forming an interior volume in which a pierced cylinder having a longitudinal duct is formed, and an inner shaft having an open end through which the pierced cylinder is introduced and a closed end forming a reservoir for the product. The pierced cylinder is fixed in translation with respect to the rotary body. A mechanism of the device converts rotation of the rotary body with respect to the outer shaft into movement of the inner shaft in translation with respect to the pierced cylinder in the interior volume formed by the rotary body and the outer shaft.
