An electric stator for an expansion valve may include a first and a second coil body, a first electric connecting element, and a second electric connecting element. The first and second coil bodies may be substantially ring-shaped and extend along a circumferential direction. The first electric connecting element may protrude from the first coil body along an axial direction. The second electric connecting element may protrude from the second coil body. The first and second coil bodies may be arranged next to one another along the axial direction and may be fastened to one another via a common positioning aid.

Electric stator for an expansion valve

A valve body of an expansion valve for an air-conditioning system, a battery cooler, and/or an oil cooler of a motor vehicle may comprise a valve needle and a spring. The valve needle and the spring may be integrally provided as a single component.

Valve body for an expansion valve

An expansion valve includes a housing, a threaded bush, a valve body, and a permanent magnet body. The threaded bush is arranged in the housing and extends along an axial direction. The threaded bush includes an external thread. The valve body is partially adjustably received in the threaded bush along the axial direction. The permanent magnet body is of a pot-shaped design and arranged in the housing. The permanent magnet body extends the threaded bush along the axial direction such that the valve body is partially received in a valve body receptacle surrounded by the permanent magnet body. The permanent magnet body surrounds a radially outside of the threaded bush in a common transition portion. In the transition portion, the permanent magnet body is firmly connected to the threaded bush via a latching connection.

Expansion valve

An electric valve may include an electric machine having a rotor and a stator, a valve body drivingly connected to the rotor, a valve seat cooperating with the valve body, a housing in which the rotor and the stator are arranged, a split pot arranged in the housing and fluidically separating a dry region from a wet region in the housing, and a spring assembly including at least one spring. The rotor may be arranged in the split pot. The stator may surround the split pot radially on an outside in a circumferential direction. The split pot may protrude beyond an axially outer front side of the rotor. The spring assembly may be coupled to the housing and may rest on the front side spaced apart from the housing such that the spring assembly mechanically impinges on the stator radially and axially.

Electric valve

A coil assembly, e.g., for use a valve, is disclosed. The coil assembly includes a coil arrangement including at least one electrically energizable coil, a coil ring carrier receiving the coil arrangement, and a flux conducting device for conducting magnetic field lines of a magnetic field provided via the coil arrangement. The flux conducting device includes a one-piece ferromagnetic pole ring that includes a ring base plate and a plurality of pole ring outer teeth arranged on an outer edge of the ring base plate and angularly bent over on fold-over outer edge regions of the ring base plate. The flux conducting device further includes a one-piece ferromagnetic counter-pole ring that includes a counter-ring base plate and a plurality of counter-pole ring outer teeth arranged on a counter-outer edge of the counter-ring base plate and angularly bent over on counter-fold-over outer edge regions of the counter-ring base plate.

Coil assembly and its use in a valve

An electric valve, e.g., an electric expansion valve, for expanding a fluid, e.g., for a thermodynamic cycle, is disclosed. The electric valve includes an electric machine including a rotor and a stator interacting with the rotor during operation. A valve body is drive-connected with the rotor. The rotor, the stator, and the valve body are arranged in a valve housing. The valve housing, in an axial direction outside includes a bottom, and a connector projects axially from the bottom. At least one wing projects from the bottom, the at least one wing extending obliquely to the axial direction at least in portions and resiliently supports the bottom on the front side.

An expansion valve for an air conditioning system of a motor vehicle may include a housing, a sensor, a stepping motor or a BLDC motor, a valve seat, and a valve body. The stepping motor or the BLDC motor may include a rotor and a stator surrounding the rotor. The rotor may include a permanent magnet body connected non-rotatably therewith. A separating can may be provided that surrounds the rotor and separates a wet region on a rotor side from a dry region on a stator side. The sensor may be connected with the separating can via an adhesive layer formed as a heat-conductive layer.

A method for producing a control device for mechanically controlling a component. The control device may have a device housing including a motor accommodating space in which an electric motor is arranged. The electric motor may include a motor housing having a stator and a rotor, the rotor including a rotor shaft. The method may include selecting an electric motor from a plurality of electric motors each suitable for a specified application. Each of the plurality of electric motors may have a different respective axial motor length and may have a same respective motor cross section. Further, the method may include adapting the motor accommodating space to the respective axial motor length of the selected electric motor.

Control device and corresponding production method

An electric control device for actuating an actuator may include an electric motor including a rotor for driving the actuator and a substantially cylindrical stator housing having an axial lower side and a circumferential shell. The axial lower side may merge into the circumferential shell via a circumferential edge. The control device may also include an equipment housing including a substantially cylindrical motor mounting which at an axial end is sealed by a mounting bottom and in which the electric motor is arranged with the axial lower side facing the mounting bottom. On the axial lower side, a central, axially projecting motor end portion may be disposed. In the motor mounting between the circumferential shell of the stator housing and the equipment housing, an annular space may be defined. The annular space may be at least partly filled with an adhesive which attaches the stator housing to the equipment housing.

Control device with an electric motor fixed in a motor mounting

A controlling device may include an actuator for mechanically actuating a component. The actuator may be driven by an electric motor. The controlling device provides a return spring. In the case of a failure of the electric motor, the return spring brings about a shifting of the actuator into a starting position. The return spring may be mounted in the controlling device so that it prestresses the actuator into the starting position with a predetermined minimum restoring force.

Controlling device for the mechanical actuating of a component

A control device may include an electric motor having a stator and a rotor with a driveshaft, an output shaft, a transmission having a worm drive with a worm and a worm wheel, and a drive axis of the drive shaft extending inclined to an output axis of the output shaft. The worm may be arranged non-rotatably and may mesh with the worm wheel, which may be rotatably arranged on the output shaft and non-rotatably connected to a first gear wheel, which may be rotatably arranged on the output shaft and may mesh with a second gear wheel, which may be rotatable about an intermediate axis extending parallel to the output axis and may be non-rotatably connected to a third gear wheel, which may be rotatable about the intermediate axis and may mesh with a fourth gear wheel, which may be non-rotatably arranged on the output shaft.

Control device and associated production method

An actuating device for mechanically actuating a component may include a housing having first and second housing parts lying against one another in a separation plane and fastened to one another, and an electric motor arranged in the first housing part and having an input shaft. The device may also include an output shaft rotatably mounted at least on the second housing part and penetrating a wall thereof, the output shaft one of (i) being connected externally on the second housing part with an actuating element for mechanical coupling with the component which is to be actuated, or (ii) forming an actuating element for mechanical coupling with the component which is to be actuated. The device may further include a gear connecting the input shaft with the output shaft, and having an output gearwheel rotatably connected with the output shaft. The second housing part, in relation to an axis of rotation running perpendicularly to the separation plane, may be able to be fastened to the first housing part in at least two different rotation positions. The output shaft may be arranged eccentrically to the axis of rotation on the second housing part. At least one of the first and second housing parts may have at least one bearing point for rotary bearing at least one additional gearwheel. In a first rotation position between the housing parts, the gear without the additional gearwheel may connect the input shaft with the output shaft with a first transmission ratio. In a second rotation position different from the first rotation position, between the housing parts, the gear with the additional gearwheel may connect the input and output shafts with a second transmission ratio different from the first transmission ratio.

Actuating device

A control system for a motor vehicle, in particular for an electric or hybrid vehicle, wherein the control system has at least one actuator and at least one sensor. The control system further has a protective housing comprising an interior, wherein the at least one actuator and the at least one sensor are arranged within the interior. The protective housing has an injection molded body constructed of a plastic material and comprising an interference field protective zone configured to at least partially shield electromagnetic interference fields.

Control system

A positioning device for mechanically actuating a component may include a housing with first and second housing parts welded to one another via an axial welded connection. The first and second housing parts may have integrally formed first and second bearing points, respectively, of a bearing within the housing. The positioning device may also include a gearing fixed in the housing, the gearing having an output shaft penetrating the second housing part and being drive-connectable with the component outside the housing, and an output wheel non-rotationally fixed on the output shaft and rotatably mounted in the bearing. The positioning device may further include a rotary position detector with a permanent magnet and a Hall sensor, the permanent magnet being arranged on a gear wheel of the output shaft or on the output shaft at an end face of the output shaft, and the Hall sensor being arranged on the first housing part. End faces of the first and second bearing points may interact axially with first and second bearing surfaces, respectively, of the output wheel located opposite each other. The bearing may have a predetermined axial play defined by a difference between an outer axial distance between the first and second bearing points and an inner axial distance between the first and second bearing surfaces.

Positioning device and a method for producing the positioning device

An adjusting device for mechanically actuating a component may include a housing, which may include a first housing part and a second housing part that abut on one another along a dividing plane. The device may also include an electric motor for rotationally driving an actuator arranged on the second housing part and configured to couple to a component. The first housing part and the second housing part may be fastenable to one another via a plurality of first fastening elements disposed on the first housing part and a plurality of second fastening elements provided complementary thereto and disposed on the second housing part. The plurality of first fastening elements and the plurality of second fastening elements may be arranged evenly distributed in the circumferential direction such that the first housing part and the second housing part are fastenable in a plurality of different rotational positions.
