A storage device for storing electrical energy includes at least two storage cells. Each storage cell has a cell housing, an accommodating space delimited by the cell housing, and at least one storage element for storing electrical energy. The storage element is accommodated in the accommodating space. At least one thermally conductive heat-conducting element is provided, by which heat can be deliberately transferred from a first of the storage cells to the second storage cell.

A storage device configured to store electrical energy, includes at least one storage element having an element housing which has at least one accommodating chamber and at least one element base which at least partially downwardly delimits the accommodating chamber in an installation position of the storage device. The storage device includes at least one storage means, accommodated in the accommodating chamber, configured to store electrical energy, wherein the at least one storage means comprises at least one degassing unit configured to discharge fluid, which is released in the accommodating chamber, from the accommodating chamber. The degassing unit is provided on the element base and is configured to downwardly discharge fluid from the accommodating chamber with respect to the installation position of the storage device.

A storage device for storing electrical energy includes at least one storage cell which has a cell housing, a receiving chamber delimited by the cell housing, and at least one storage element accommodated in the receiving chamber for storing electrical energy, as well as a safety apparatus. The safety apparatus has a separating device as a first safety device designed to separate at least the storage cell from a circuit of the storage device, a short-circuit device as a second safety device designed to short-circuit at least the storage cell, and a degassing unit as a third safety device designed to degas the receiving chamber. The safety devices are designed to successively switch from a deactivated state into an activated state during a critical variation of the condition of the storage cell.
