A device for transforming plastics preforms into containers includes at least one blow mold for receiving the plastics preforms. The blow mold has two mold parts, which can be pivoted with respect to each other about a connecting axis, with at least one locking element, which is arranged on one of the mold parts and interacts with at least one counter element arranged on the other mold part, in order to lock the two mold parts with respect to each other. The counter element is arranged about an axis arranged substantially parallel to the connecting axis and can be turned between a locking position, and an unlocking position. The device has an actuating element for turning the counter element, having a drive element which interacts with the counter element to actuate it.

Blow mould

An apparatus for moulding plastic preforms into plastic containers may include at least one blow mould and a plurality of closure elements cooperating with one another in order to transfer the blow mould between an open condition and a closed condition, in which the blow mould forms a cavity, within which the plastic preforms may be expanded into plastic containers. The closure elements include at least one first mould section and one second mould section. The first mould section and the second mould section may be moved between the closed position and the open position in relation to one another. In a closed condition, the first and second mould sections are locked together. The closure elements may further include a bottom section which may be moved relative to the first and second mould sections in order to close the cavity in one direction. According to various aspects, the bottom section initiates the closing of the mould sections and/or the locking of the mould sections in a closed condition of the blow mould.

Apparatus for producing plastic containers

A mould housing for apparatuses for expanding plastic containers has at least two mould parts which can be assembled together and which in an assembled state have an interior space for accommodating the plastic container that is to be expanded. The housing has at least one insulating element which can be placed against an outer wall of at least one mould part. The insulating element has a curved profile, wherein the curvature of the insulating element is matched to a curvature of the outer wall.

Mould housing

A device () for treating containers () with a nozzle device () which fills the container () with a gaseous medium, wherein the nozzle device () can be introduced at least partly in a mouth () of the container (). Furthermore a wall body () is provided which surrounds completely at least one area of the nozzle device in the peripheral direction, and a sealing device () to seal a space (R) between the container () and the wall body (). According to the invention the sealing device () can be pressed in a substantially radial direction against the outer periphery of the mouth () of the container ().
