A rotating apparatus includes a rotary plate for mounting a tool part, a rotary shaft connected to the rotary plate, a rotary feedthrough including a stator, and a rotor connected to the rotary shaft for feeding through at least two media to the rotary plate. The rotor has a first rotor part for feeding through a first medium and a second rotor part for feeding through a second medium, and the first and the second rotor parts are thermally separated from each other. A first media routing for the first medium is in the form of a hose and/or pipe for the first medium from the first rotor part past the connecting part to the rotary plate. A connecting part is non-rotatably connected to the second rotor part and the rotary shaft. The hose and/or pipe extends from the first rotor part.

Rotating apparatus for a tool part of a shaping machine

An injection unit for a shaping machine includes a plasticizing cylinder which has a collar and a carrier portion which has a trough. The plasticizing cylinder is arranged in the trough, and an axial movement of the plasticizing cylinder relative to the carrier portion is restrained in positively locking engagement by the collar bearing against the carrier portion. A clamping element which is fixed or shaped on the plasticizing cylinder is fixed by fixing elements to the carrier portion in such a way that the plasticizing cylinder is braced between the trough and the clamping element. The plasticizing cylinder is braced by bracing elements against lifting of the collar off the carrier portion in an axial direction of the plasticizing cylinder.

Injection unit for a shaping machine

An injection unit for a molding machine includes a plasticizing cylinder having at least two grooves, and a carrier part having a notch. The plasticizing cylinder is arranged in the notch. The at least two grooves are spaced apart axially from each other. At least two engaging elements are provided, which engage with the at least two grooves, in order to create a positive-locking connection between the plasticizing cylinder and the carrier part, through which an axial movement of the plasticizing cylinder relative to the carrier part is inhibited.

Injection unit for a molding machine

A protective cover for a plasticizing cylinder of a shaping machine has an elongate internal space which is enclosed by at least one wall and in which the plasticizing cylinder can be arranged. A terminal box for heating strips arranged on the plasticizing cylinder projects into the elongate internal space, and the at least one wall has an opening which is closed by an openable cover member. In an opened condition of the openable cover member, the opening allows access to the terminal box or the interior of the terminal box.

Protective cover for a plasticizing cylinder

A plasticizing unit for a molding machine includes a plasticizing cylinder, and the plasticizing cylinder has a feed zone and a filling opening for material to be plasticized. The filling opening is arranged adjacent to the feeding zone, and a thermal separating device is arranged between the feed zone and the filling opening. An active tempering device for the filling opening is provided, and the active tempering device includes at least one tempering conduit and a tempering medium turbulently flowing through the tempering conduit during operation of the active tempering device.
