An electronic device may include wireless circuitry having analog-to-digital converter (ADC) circuitry. The ADC circuitry may include a sampling switch coupled to a bootstrap circuit. The bootstrap circuit may include a bootstrap capacitor, a first transistor coupled between an input of the sampling switch and a bottom plate terminal of the bootstrap capacitor, a second transistor coupled between the bottom plate terminal of the bootstrap capacitor and ground, and a resistor or transistor that is disposed between the first transistor and the bottom plate terminal of the bootstrap capacitor and that is configured to boost the input impedance of the bootstrap circuit.

An electronic device may include wireless circuitry with a baseband processor, a transceiver, and an antenna. The transceiver may include a mixer that outputs signals to a transimpedance amplifier. The mixer has an output impedance that varies depending on the frequency of operation. An adjustable resistance can be coupled to the input of the transimpedance amplifier. A control circuit can tune the adjustable resistance to compensate for changes in the output impedance of the mixer as the transceiver operates across a wide range of frequencies.

Systems, methods, and circuitries enable selected signal components to be isolated in a feedback transmit signal that includes multiple signal components. In one example, a signal component cancellation system for a feedback receiver includes a transmit chain configured to transmit a transmit signal having at least two signal components with offset center frequencies. The system includes measurement circuitry configured to measure a received signal that results from feedback of the transmit signal and cancellation circuitry configured to cancel a selected signal component from the transmit signal to generate a cancellation signal. The system further includes subtraction circuitry configured to combine the cancellation signal with the measured received signal to generate a component signal corresponding to a contribution of the selected signal component to the received signal and provide the component signal to the feedback receiver.

In a communication device and corresponding methods to determine a phase offset imbalance, an input signal (e.g. oscillator signal) is phase shifted to generate a set of phase-shifted values. The set of phased-shifted values and the input signal are mixed to generate a respective set of mixed signals. The phase offset imbalance (e.g. phase error) is calculated based on the set of mixed signals and a gradient value.

A transmission arrangement is disclosed having an amplifier which is set up to amplify a transmission signal and to provide it as an amplified transmission signal in differential form, an analysis circuit for determining a property of the amplified transmission signal, and a differential feedback path which is set up to supply the amplified transmission signal to the analysis circuit in differential form.
