A partially polymerised thermohardenable connection part and to methods for producing and assembling such a connection part are described herein. The connection part for connecting two mechanical parts is thermohardenable and is partially polymerised in such a way as to be rigid at room temperature and able to be subjected to a subsequent polymerisation, the connection part being thus both sufficiently rigid to be able to be manipulated and brought into contact with at least one of the two mechanical parts which it is to interconnect and able to be subjected to a subsequent additional polymerisation in order to achieve its final polymerised state, the material of the connection part being rendered sufficiently soft during the additional polymerisation that it can adapt to the form of at least one of the mechanical parts to which the connection part must be connected.

A device for providing a lockable modular connection between two parts, the device includes a first element for connecting to one of the parts and a second element for connecting to the other part. The first element includes a rod secured to a ball joint. The second element includes a housing containing the ball joint. The device has an inner space between an inner face of the housing and a peripheral face of the ball joint, and a locking element arranged between the housing and the ball joint. Motifs are arranged on the peripheral face of the ball joint and/or on the inner face of the housing. The locking element consists of a hardened material that fills the entire inner space and with regard to which the motifs form abutments in order to hold the ball joint in a fixed position in the housing.

The modular interface system comprises an interface part intended to be mechanically connected to a mechanical element forming part of a platform of a space craft, a multi-pronged structure provided, at a first end, with at least three feet and configured to form a mechanical link between, on the one hand, the interface part arranged at a second end opposite the first end and, on the other hand, respectively, a plurality of junction elements, each junction element being connected to one of the feet of the multi-pronged structure with which it is associated, and the junction elements being intended to be mechanically connected to a rear face of the antenna reflector.
