A wet multi-plate clutch includes a plate carrier with a pair of fluid passage openings and a friction plate rotationally fixed and axially displaceable relative to the plate carrier. The friction plate has a carrier element and a pair friction pads fastened to the carrier element and delimiting a groove. The groove includes a groove geometrical center line. The groove geometrical center line may extend radially through a one of the pair of fluid passage openings, or it may extend radially between the pair of fluid passage openings. If the groove geometrical center line extend radially between the pair of fluid passage openings, one of the pair of friction pads may include a pad geometrical center line extending along a radial extent through a one of the pair of fluid passage openings.

Wet multi-plate clutch

A dual clutch having a first clutch which has a first pressure plate that is movable axially relative to a first counterplate for coupling a first clutch disk that is connected to a first output shaft, a second clutch, which has a second pressure plate that is axially movable relative to a second counterplate for coupling a second clutch disk that is connected to a second output shaft, a torsional vibration damper situated in the direction of flux force between the input shaft and the first counterplate wherein the torsional vibration damper includes a dual mass flywheel with a bow spring running in the circumferential direction to transmit torque, where the flux of force is introducible radially on the outside from the input shaft to the first counterplate into the dual mass flywheel, and is dispersible radially on the inside to the bow spring.

Dual clutch

A dual clutch for coupling an engine-side input shaft with a first and/or second transmission-side output shaft includes a first clutch which has a first pressure plate that is axially mobile relative to a first counter plate for coupling with a first clutch disk connected to the first output shaft, and a second clutch having a second pressure plate for coupling with a second clutch disk connected to the second output shaft, the second pressure plate being axially mobile relative to a second counter-plate. An actuating device displaces the first and/or second pressure plate, and a spring element is connected to the actuating device and a transmission housing, the spring element being axially resilient. Both the actuating device and the first counter-plate are radially supported mobile in the axial direction. The axial mobility of the dual clutch allows a simple assembly even with components that have work tolerance-related finishing inaccuracies.

A dual clutch for coupling an engine-side input shaft with a first transmission-side and/or a second transmission-side output shaft. A first clutch has a first pressure plate, which is axially mobile relative to a first counter plate, for coupling with a first clutch disk connected to the first output shaft. A second clutch has a second pressure plate, which is axially mobile relative to a second counter plate, for coupling with a clutch disk connected to the second output shaft. A clutch cover is connected to the first and second counter plates. An actuator displaces the first and/or the second pressure plate. The actuator is radially supported on the input side on the input shaft by the clutch cover and a torsional vibration damper, which is connected to the clutch cover and is radially mounted on the output side on one of the output shafts and/or on a transmission housing.

A dual clutch having a first transmission-side output shaft and/or a second transmission-side output shaft having a first clutch comprising a first pressure plate that is axially movable relative to a first counterplate for engaging a first clutch disk connected to a first output shaft, a second clutch comprising a second pressure plate that is axially movable relative to a second counterplate for engaging a second clutch disk connected to a second output shaft, an actuating device for moving the first pressure plate and/or the second pressure plate and a fastening plate connected to the actuation device for axially fastening to a clutch housing, wherein the actuating device is designed to pre-center relative to the clutch housing and/or the transmission housing in a radially adjustable manner, and the fastening plate is designed to be radially fixed to the clutch housing and/or the transmission housing.
